I brought a old down comforter there that had a huge, horrible and extremely foul smelling stain which another cleaner had been completely unable to deal with. When I picked it up from Tip Top, it looked new, brilliantly clean and smelled fantastically fresh. The price was half what the other cleaner had charged me and the staff were efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
