I made a mistake giving this business a second chance! First time they had to retreat one of my cashmere sweaters that had paint all over the sweater and it was not there before they "cleaned" it. They did fixed it when I brought it back after noticing those paint stains when I got home. Second time, I took two of my expensive suites and before paying for the service I decided to check if everything was ok. One of them was covered in oily stains and I showed it to the owner of the business and was very nice about. I asked if they can fix the stains that were not there before their dry cleaning. He was explaining the process of the cleaning to me and could not understand that they were the once that stained the suit. He agreed to clean it again with no charge sense it was their mistake. Today, I stopped by to pick it up and before paying for the service, I told him that I would like to check the suit first. The owner of the Royal Shine Cleaners was very annoyed by that and was very rude to me and said that they cleaned it 3 times and some stains (that THEY did) did not come off. All the stains that were there first time, were still there like they did not even touch it. Then, at the end of his rudeness he said that he can not deal with me anymore. He never even apologized for ruining my suit. I took my suit to a different cleaner where they do speak English and I could explain what happened. Now, hoping they will fix what ROYAL SHINE CLEANERS ruined it. I will never take my clothe to this business and very poor customer service and really bad job with dry cleaning. I really hope that this review will help other people to avoid the mistake that I have made.

There are only a few things that are important when it comes to picking out a dry cleaner. Most importantly is can they get it done for me next day if thats how I need it. They have done this no problem when asked. Price. Some cleaners charge twice what their competition charges and might even do inferior work. Royal shine charges fair market on all of their services. I always hear people complaining about "OMG, I sent my sweater to the cleaners and they couldnt get little joey"s ink stains out??" Dry cleaner does not stand for magician. If you havent grown a brain yet, yr cleaner likely wont be able to do much for you either. So in closing, if this dry cleaner is in your area. Your welcome. I already did the hard part for you. Just go in, let him know you looking for a new cleaner and approximately how many suits or whatever it is you wear you will be bringing in and work out a fair price. Smart business owners can offer high quality service at a fair price and thats what you will find here. Plus your supporting a local family business as opposed to checking your soul at the door when you walk into walmart.

My husband and I looked everywhere for a dress for my mothers wedding. We finally found a beautiful dress that was perfect, but slightly large, so I decided to get it altered. I took it to Royal Shine Dry Cleaners. They had me wear the dress and they pinned it in place. I made it clear to them that I didnt want it too tight. Well, I get the dress back and it is too tight. They said there was no way to fix it. They could use steam and try to stretch it out. Well, that didnt work. The dress is too small! Then they acted like it was somehow my fault! How could that be? They pinned it! They altered it! I stood there! I even told them I didnt want it too tight! I folded my arms and moved them around just to be clear on the right fit with a bit of room to spare when the lady was pinning. They reluctantly gave me my money back, but that doesnt fix the fact that the dress is ruined! They seem to do fine at dry cleaning, but dont risk taking your dresses there for alteration!

Been using this business for 10 years and they have been nothing less than great. In ten years if I have experienced a problem I dont recall it Great price, geat Service what more can you expect? Simply the best I have found. Rick

I took a wool coat here. when it came back I still had lots of sand in the pockets. A few other items came back but I never felt 100% about the cleans
