Im not the person that usually post stuff about a business but I dont want anyone to have to go and experience what I went through couple days ago, I went into Glamour Salon downtown to get my highlights from Carmel to more blonde, my hair was in really good condition to keep in mind. I showed the stylist (Lindsey) what I wanted or something very close to the first picture just lighter and to be blended. Well as you can see thats not what happened, she put straight bleach all towards the bottom of my hair left it on for 40min to the point my hair was so damaged it was falling out in clumps, she was to busy working on other clients hair that her assistant took over and from there and it just got worse, my brother and my boyfriend that dont notice anything when it comes to hair walked in and where in shock, George said something to her about how bad it looked and she argued and was saying it looks great! (Trying to cover up her mistake). Tried to contact glamour and ask them to fix there mistake or just get my money back and they werent going to do either. Keep in mind I been a customer for four years! If your looking to get your hair done I wouldnt waste your TIME and MONEY on a business like this! Theres a lot better salons out there then this one. Will never come back or refer anyone here anymore.

Lindsey was absolutely amazing! I didnt think it would be possible to squeeze in getting my hair colored somewhere with only a couple hour notice, but she made it happen! She did the most beautiful coloring on my hair and from now on Ill never have another person touch it! She was so much fun to work with that it just felt like a couple friends hanging out doing hair. And the salon... Oh my word! It is gorgeous! Glamour Salon has definitely earned its name and Ill be a life long patron!

This is the place to go for hair, beauty, and clothing. I have been going to Lindsey for 5 years now and I have never had an experience I didnt love! I dont even tell her what I want done with my hear I just let her do it and I love it every time. Not to mention her boutique has a ton of adorable clothes! Best salon ever!

Such a fun place to get pampered- or to shop while you wait! I was especially impressed by Sarah Mohr and her skills. She really listened and delivered a look I love. While I was there, all the girls were so friendly and welcoming. I even decided to do a last minute brow wax! I will definitely be going back soon!

This was my first experience at Glamour Salon. Melissa was easy to talk to, offered great advice and paid attention to detail while waxing my brows and lips. She curled my hair, which I love!! Stylists only ever straighten it and it absolutely made my week that she curled it! "Luscious Locks" by Melissa. GO!
