Everytime I go I have a bad experience. The employees dont care about customers at all. Every time I go in theyre all standing around talking to eachother. If I ask for help they act like Im being rude. The displays are poorly taken care of. Getting rang up takes forever and returning things are even worse. Had a girl helping me and this other girl walks up and acts like the main girl helping me doesnt know anything. Its like being in the movie Mean Girls with how this crew is. I also got judged for being of color, I wanted a bronzer for tan skin and the girl kept showing me super light colors. I hinted about my skin tone and she got snooty with me and said what? Are you always tan?

Nothing but salesmen. Not only did Eric butcher my mothers hair (it was her bday present too, so thanks), but upsold her on some conditioner that she didnt need since her hair is so fine and thin (any professional stylist with experience would know this, so further proves that they only do it to make more money). These people are not regularly skilled stylists trying to make a living, these are salesmen that couldnt make it anywhere else, so they gotta take up shop in a supply store. Ive never experienced anything like this anywhere Ive gone to get my hair done. Neither of us will return, and frankly dont want to, since we can find merchandise cheaper elsewhere.

Jeez cut throat reviews. Just ask and someone will help you. There are okay but improvements on customer service can be helped. Greeting the costumer might help make them feel more welcome. The displays are kinda a mess. But I work retail and know how people are. My main concern are the circle of people who sit and gossip during work hours. Thats my concern. But when I ask yhe staff helpful to me. Jordyn...probably spelt her name wrong. Even went as far as to try every burgandy eyeshadow for me til i found what i am looking for. She even told me to wait and come back with my 20% off coupon which i have today and will be going back in to get today.

At check-out, the associate was very unfriendly, I did an even exchange with receipt and in the box, 3/4+ of the product was left but I felt as though the product wasnt quite the same as the last one. I loved the color & thought perhaps it was the batch. Very rude associate Ulta! Zero customer service skills and made me feel as though I was horrible for doing an even exchange!! I wont be back. DEFINITELY better service 100 times over at other dept. stores! Its sad that you have to shame customers who are doing legitimate exchanges. And to top it off, I spent $50 more on this purchase/exchange. Never returning! Back to Sephora/Macys or Nordstrom!!

Every other time I go in its terrible! The first few times everyone was so sweet and helpful. But now seems like theres no help at all! I walked around (and directly in front of) employees with no offers of assistance, Let alone a greeting into the store. There was one set of 3 employees there last time I went that were standing around talking amongst themselves. I must have walked by them about 5 times before I heard them making fun of someone. Thats when I put all of my intended purchases down and left. This is disgusting behavior and I hope Ulta fixes this. I will never return to that store location!

The make up girls would rather chat with each other. I decided to see how long it would take to b noticed... after 30 minutes I asked for assistance. The girl was beautiful but worthless. After she answered one question she turned away to do other stuff. I asked a second question ... I had to repeat the question because she already was onto something else. I walk out of there feeling very disrespected. Simple kindness is absent.

The workers there are so rude and snobby. They are absolutely no help anf talk to you like an idiot even though i know exactly what i went in for. Everytime i go in i spend money but still get treated rudely and get fallowed around the store. You need new employees!

Called looking for a product for my fiancee, and their associate seemed like they were in a MASSIVE rush to get off the phone. Time for either better phone training, or more associates. Even if they had the product I was looking for, I wouldnt shop here.

Staff was not helpful, not guiding either. Very clean, and good deals. Highlighters are not something you should buy at this establishment, I suggest going onto amazon, or wish and getting a better, cheaper one.

I LOVE ULTA so much, they are the nicest people ever. I went to the salon and my hair is amazing, my hair was so bad and ratty and they fixed it for a good price. I recommend this store to anyone.
