I wish I could give 0 stars as well. While my child had a wonderful experience In the class with the other 3 year olds, once moved to the 4’s class he began to have issues. He was bored and coming home with a lot of energy to let out. He told me about how they tell him to sit down and be quiet all the time. He began to get a new habit of picking at his nails. When I confronted to owner Tanya she said that he was likely having psychological issues and needed counseling, not better supervision. When my son began to come home with his fingers bleeding I again confronted Tanya who said that with a 10 to 1 ratio in the class there was no way the teachers could supervise the children to make sure they don’t hurt themselves. She even told me that he own children don’t attend the day care because they require better supervision. Back in the spring of 2016 child welfare did an investigation because of lack of supervision. The last time I confronted Tanya about my son coming home with bleeding fingers she said that she would talk to the teachers. The next day I came in to be told that my son was no longer welcome at the day care. As a single mom with no notice whatsoever, I found this to be not only an unnecessary stress for me but also my 4 year old son. Kind of funny when she requires a 30 day notice to leave. I would highly recommend only coming to this day care is your child is 3 and can attend the classroom with Amy. She is AMAZING!!!! But I have been shocked and appalled at what the rest of our experience has been with Tanya and the learning center.

I wish I could give 0 stars. While the teachers work hard, and are typically over-qualified, they are compensated at a rate that makes their higher education seem pointless. The Owners are useless, two-faced, incompetent and unprofessional. I actually overheard a conversation between the Owners (husband & wife), where they were bad-mouthing my son. Earlier in that week, the Owner called me at work, saying my son was out of control. She had me speak with him, and he was hysterical. What I gathered, was that they wouldnt listen to him. He would ask a question, and he was told to be quiet. Later on, I found out that our whole conversation was on speakerphone, in the lobby. My son is only a challenge if he is more intelligent than whoever he is speaking with. Now he is in 1st grade, reading at a 5th grade level, practicing math at a 3rd grade level, and was identified as a future TAG student after 1 week in Kindergarten. You do the math.

It was difficult for us as parents to find a provider we deemed "worthy" for our childrens care. Learning Tree has a flexible and caring staff that we grew to appreciate and rely upon. They were receptive to our concerns and generated results. Both our girls had great experiences, we will miss the entire staff and hope our next provider is as caring.

AWESOME !!! What a wonderful place . Our son Max, has attended Kuebler Early Learning Center for the past 3 years. He has built many relationships with the other children, he absolutely loves the teachers and Tanya /Chris. I would recommend taking a tour, meeting the staff judging for yourself.
