I have been a teacher at the ELC for 3 years and I love working here. Compared to some of the other places I have worked it is one of the best. The teachers are all very caring and enjoy working with the children and are always looking for and doing fun new things with the children. The center is kept clean and organized, has had some new interior work done and the new director and has done alot of work getting things set up and getting new and needed items. We are always within staff to child ratios and have times when we have more teachers. I do not have children of my own yet but i would deffinately take my child here when I do have one.

I have been to over 6 different childcare centers in the last two years since I moved to Salem because my daughter would always cry at other places and I felt uncomfortable leaving here there. This place is way different. My daughter never cries when I pick her up and the people there are like a big family they treat each other with respect. Including the kids, parents, and themselves. I feel so relieved I finally found a home for my daughter. Always alert and on top of things. Thank you...
