I worked here for less than a month. The director makes it seem like its a great place but this place is a complete mess. Here are my reasons. The teachers are friendly. However, they are overworked and do not get paid what they deserve. Kindercare is understaffed yet the director still keeps accepting children. The children are seen as dollar signs. The more kids they have the more money they recieve. The children are disrespectful to staff but still get away with it. The directors get replaced every so often. This place needs a new director that knows how to run a daycare center properly and remain there for a long period of time. If I can give this place zero stars I definitely would.

I also had a worst experience couple of days back when the new Director called me to inform me that I cannot leave my child there and it was really shocking as I had a confirmed spot and I had visited the place multiple times to check my spot is intact. This is really pathetic and ridiculous. I very well know why they dont want to enroll us and good that I got to know their intent upfront. If there was ZERO rating, I would have given that. Please think twice before leaving your......
