Our son has been attending La Petite since he was an infant. Hes now in the Toddler Room, and looking ahead to Preschool. We had him in an in-home care setting until he was 10 months old and his pediatrician began to have concerns about his development. As soon as he started at La Petite, his development went through the roof and hasnt slowed. It isnt the least expensive center around, but the care, attention, structure, guidance and interaction he receives every day are priceless. As soon as his baby brother arrives, hell be joining him at La Petite. Theyve taken juice off of the menu and replaced it with fruits -- a much healthier snack option! Our concerns are addressed immediately, and always to our satisfaction. The Center Director is easy to reach and very responsive. The teachers are all very caring and each one knows and greets our son by name every day. He feels welcome and at home there and is eager to go every day. That peace of mind is beyond value.

My daughter has been attending La Petite for over a year. We have been extremely happy with the school. All the teachers are very caring and knowledgeable. They are always available to address questions and concerns. The classrooms are geared towards fun learning. The director is extremely responsive and always interested in our lives. My daughter loves going to school. I appreciate the change from juice to water. It would be nice if the teachers pictures had their names. All the teachers know my daughter, and vice versa, but I dont always know everyone. Also, I wish the children would be served fruit with breakfast. We are continuing with before and after school care as my daughter transitions to Kindergarten in the fall, and my other daughter will be attending when I return to work. Sherwood La Petite is a wonderful place! I would highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful daycare -- My daughter attended La Petite from the time that she was 3 months old. They were great with her and especially good with a new mother worried about leaving her baby! The staff were open and honest with me about the care that she received, even sending me pictures throughout the day to show me what a good time she was having. My daughter got very attached to her teachers, and her teachers seemed very attached to her. We were there for over a year and only left because we had to move out of the area. We were so sad to have to leave La Petite and would recommend this school to anyone looking for a loving place.

I cant say enough positive things about La Petite. Both of my children (now 3 and 5) have attended since they were less than 6 months old. The facility is very clean and well run, and the teachers are amazing. There is an actual curriculum there so both of my children have learned their letters and numbers and even started working on their writing skills. Plus, the director brings in outside experts to teach the children everything from soccer to yoga to things about animals (caveat: there is sometimes an extra fee to participate, but its very reasonable). Its a great place for little ones to learn and grow!

My son has been attending La Petite for 2.5 years. I was very reluctant to move him from the school he had been in since he was 3 months old. I am now so happy I did. We have had an excellent experience with La Petite. With very limited exception, his teachers have been thoughtful, caring and genuinely interested in nurturing and educating our son. The director of the school, Hanna Vogel, is exceptional. She is committed to hiring a talented and dedicated staff of people who will help her attain her visions for the school. I cant thank everyone there enough for truly caring about our son.

La Petite has been an excellent school for our daughter! She has been going there since she was about 8 weeks old and now she is almost 2 years old. My husband and I are always so impressed with the teachers and feel honored that our daughter gets so much love and learning every day from everyone at this school! It is a great feeling as a parent to hear your child say they are excited to go to school and play with their friends!

We love La Petite! Mrs Judy and all the teachers are FABULOUS!! They are doing new projects every two weeks where they transform the class rooms into far off places. Our son can get hands on learning and use his imagination each and every day. The hot lunches are great and my son loves playing outside for 2 hours (weather permitting). My son was there for a tour free day. He was there for only 4 hours: 10:30am-2:30pm. He cried for one hour and then fell asleep. The second day, the teacher said my son was not ready, and they refused to take my son!!! What a crap! Every kid will cry for the first day in daycare. Staffs there are not friendly at all.

Hanna, Teresa, Ms Christy, Ms Judy, Ms Pearl, Ms Jess, Mr Tom, Mr Ryan and the rest of the team are wonderful! I have been with them for over 12 years. Both my kids are La Petite kids. When your kids beg to stay 5 more minutes after pick up time you know they are doing something right.

This is my daughters second year at La Petite and we absolutely love it. The staff is great with the kids and my daughter loves all the cool projects they get to do. Thank you Hanna (director) for making La Petite a safe and wonderful environment for all the kids!

All the teachers are so engaging and truly care about the kids in their classrooms. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other similar daycare centers in the area.
