The wife and I ordered take-out for dinner on a Sunday. Got the pad thai and garlic lover both with chicken and the salad rolls. I would say both meals had about 6 to 4 oz. of chicken, which was not a lot. The garlic lover had a slight garlic taste, something called garlic lover you would expect it to taste like garlic. The pad thai was very dry, not enough peanut sauce. Although it was dry the taste was very well balanced. Probably one of the better pad thai I have had. Portion size was huge for the pad thai, I got 3 meals out of it, and quite small for the garlic lover. It came in the traditional Chinese take-out box but about 3/4 full. It can with a box of white rice as well. The salad rolls were average, lettuce, carrots, noodles, tofu, and basil leafs. Came with a peanut sauce and a tangy clear chili sauce. Both good. However, you only get two rolls that are a little bigger than a cigar for $4.50. I have had better salad rolls elsewhere for less money. In total the dinner was around $28 to $30 so a little overpriced for what we got. If you need a thai fix on a Sunday in south salem then this is about it and an ok place to eat. But if it were me I would go elsewhere.

Went here in September of 2014: The food was not bad - pretty tasty but not outstanding either. There was only one waitress who couldnt keep up with all the patrons. She did appear to be trying - she was just stretched way too thin. They need to get more than one server during dinner. She would come over if we waved frantically but other than that it was take our order, bring our food and thats about it. Not the experience I was expecting in such a small place. If you like really hot food, there were plenty of hot sauces and chopped up peppers on the table to doctor your food with. I really appreciated that.

Super yummy, and right on price for portions. Not so much for bringing kiddos, mostly adults, having adult conversations over much drink and couples on dates. Atmosphere is very quiet. But super casual attire, thats why I was mistakenly thinking it would be ok to bring kiddos(my personal opinion). Our kiddos are thankfully well behaved and went unnoticed. Saw many to go orders, that will be our next visit picking up. Unless its a date or a get together. Overall friendly service and great flavor. FYI, nothing is spicy, unless you order it, Wich is great for our kiddos and we just add chili to our plates.

Were new to Salem, and Tup Tim Thai had decent reviews, so we called for takeout. They had a variety of options on their online takeout menu and both my boyfriend and I found something that looked good to eat (impressive, as I usually dont really like Thai food.) We went to pick it up and it was done when we got there. The food was very good- the fried tofu was perfect- and there were generous portions. My only complaint was that we did not get utensils or napkins in our takeout bag, but thats really not a big deal. Overall very good and I would recommend.

Tup Tim is our favorite Thai restaurant in the Salem/Keizer area. My fiance and I have been to Red Ginger in Keizer, Thai Lotus in Keizer, Thai Beer multiple locations, Thai Orchid downtown Salem and by far this is our favorite Thai restaurant. The location is very small and doesnt offer any privacy but the cuisine is exceptional and the prices are extremely competitive for their offerings. We live in West Salem and have 2 Thai restaurants closer to us and would still rather make the journey down commercial to eat here when we can.

I must have caught these people on a bad day. My soup was brought out lukewarm, the service wasnt at all warm and friendly, and neither was my main dish. There was very little chicken in my entree, but it was at the tail end of lunch shift, and perhaps things were not running full steam. Every aspect of my dining experience here should have been much much better. I doubt I will risk returning to this restaurant, but I wouldnt discourage you from doing so as there are a lot of very positive reviews here to commend it.

Never coming back, chicken lettuce wraps smelled like rotten fish and there is not fish in it had to throw away. Curry was just a bunch of vegetables 3 small bites of meat and tasteless not creamy watery consistency. What a waist of 20$ Tried to call them but no one answered even though there was only 1 person in the restaurant when I picked up the food

Wonderful food, and big portions. Staff was very friendly and the place was very busy; it always inspires confidence when I see Asian people eating at Asian restaurants. Only downside to this place was that the menu is a bit smaller than normal Thai restaurants. Would definitely go back if given the chance.

Definitely one of the best Thai food places in Salem. Weve had nothing but good experiences dining in here! Their Pad Thai is delicious, good portions of meat and veggies. We always get the Tom Kah soup too, they get the flavor just the way its supposed to taste! Curry is always good too.

The food is always excellent as is the service. While I always tend to order the same thing, my husband went through one menu item per visit. Veggies are always cooked to perfection, never mushy. Nothing really negative to say.

This is a must on your list even if youre not a Thai fan! The flavors make your taste buds explode! This was my Husbands 1st Thai experience and he cleaned his plate, just like a kid with a chocolate bar lol.

This place is my Thai comfort food, I eat it whenever I get the chance. Best Thai food Ive found in Salem. Love the Garlic Chicken Noodles, Pad Si-Ew, Basil Fried Rice, and Garden Fresh Rolls especially.

Amazing fresh vegetables. Good Thai iced tea. The "avocado shrimps" dish is my favorite so far, and basically come with an entire avocado. Quiet little slice of Thai heaven.

Amazing food at reasonable price. I prefer take out because the place is a little small so Everytime someone enters its freezing. Regardless great food.

The pad Thai was super good and a very big serving could of easily split it with my fiancé. The Thai IC was amazing. Also really great service.
