This is the WORST Dry Cleaning business I have ever encountered. I have been there on two different occasions and I left without leaving my clothes to be cleaned. The owners are rude and do not understand how to conduct business in America. They are picky for example, I had a pair of pants that had some of my cats hair on it. The lady demanded to know what kind of hair it was. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE. In addition, if you have any kind of stain on your clothes they will not want to accept your businesss because they are worried that you will be unhappy if the stain does not come out and will blame them or take legal action against them. They are not customer oriented. I would strongly reccommend that anyone stay away from this business and hopefully if enough people do they will be forced to change their customer service attitudes or go out of business. I give them ZERO stars out of five.

I have been going to Cherry Park Cleaners since 2007. I moved from Vancouver, WA and I had a great cleaners off 4th Plain Ave. I was very apprehensive about finding a cleaners that could do a great job like the cleaners in Vancouver. Cherry Park exceeded my expectation. The couple that run this cleaners is a hard working very inspiring couple who give great attention to detail in all that they do. Im very satisfied and as long as I live in this area they will be my cleaners. I would recommend them to any one who wants there clothes cleaned and press beyond par excellence. My encouragement to them is dont worry about any reviews simply keep doing what youre doing and all else will fall in place. Ive been a loyal customer of Cherry Park Cleaners for the past 16 years or so. Im a middle Manager who works in an office environment where the dress code is business/business casual. Ive been bringing my work shirts and slacks to Mr. and Mrs. Shim for cleaning and pressing 2-3 times per month. They take a lot of pride in their work, have always done an excellent job for me, and they ALWAYS have my clothes ready for pickup the day theyre promised (unlike some of their competitors). Thats one of the main reasons I switched to using, and continue to patronize, Cherry Park Cleaners. If youre looking for a friendly, conscientious, prompt, and efficient Dry Cleaning service, I highly recommend Cherry Park Cleaners in Troutdale.

Great service and great people. What more can you ask for? The owners are friendly and this is a great family run buisness. They always deliver on time. Never had a bad experience with the quality of cleaning. I always get my ties and other delicate items done here because I can trust them to do it right. Ive had ties and suits messed up at other cleaners but the Shims are consistently able to deliver a superior service on time all the time.

Theyre really great with my clothes, from ironing my dress shirts, cleaning any stains to repairing any missing buttons or broken buttons. Really great care for the customers. Never had a bad experience and would recommend this business to anyone
