HORRIBLE! They claimed to do one thing and then claimed they did another. I requested to get an estamate of cost BEFORE they started actually working on my daughters prom dress which I NEVER received. Instead I was called told I owed $110 and after trying to calmly discuss the issue with the man behind the counter he began telling full fledged lies and hed say one lie then when I pointed out it was untrue hed try another lie all in all taking in circles. So frustrated ended up leaving before even trying dress to Check that it was what she wanted, got home and its STILL TO LONG!
