When I first went in the owner was very nice and even carried my shirts to the car, and he only charged me $1.24 a shirt. He proceeded to charge me $1.24 a shirt for my next 4 times. I came to expect that price, as thats how a good business works; same price each time in exchange for same service. The last time I went in, he charged me $1.89 a shirt, and when I asked him why he said that was the price. I explained that wasnt what he had ever charged me, and he accused me of lying, and even yelled at me. He also accused me of making up my own prices, and trying to barter with him. I told him that I wouldnt return, because a dry cleaner up the street only charged $1.19, even though I was willing to pay a 5 cent extra for how close they are to my house. Needless to say, I wont return, and I suggest you dont either, because you never know what price they will charge.

I dropped off some suits on Saturday - he was supposed to close at 5 but stayed open a few extra minutes to help me and another person who came in late. I guess things ordinarily take 2 business days and this was over a holiday weekend so that would have been 3 full days for me. But he offered to have my stuff ready the next business day, which worked out great for me because I needed them that day. I also printed out their coupon from val-pak and got 50% off which was a huge savings.

Love this Dry Cleaners~ Friendly staffs and great service!! I am a regular customer here and Interbay Cleaner is Green Natural Dry Cleaner thats why price is little high but if you talk to the staffs they will give you best offer :) I am allergic to lots of stuffs especially on clothes but ever since I go to this cleaner I do not have allergic reaction. I am very satisfied with Interbay Cleaners~ !!!

This dry cleaner has ridiculous pricing!!! They charged $20 to clean a short dress. When I questioned them, they were rude. Will never go there again.
