The tailoring service is deplorable. My girlfriend dropped a bridesmaids dress off to have the hem line taken up. On the first pick up, the hem looked unprofessionally stitched. The stitching shown on the outside of the dress in a way that allowed the dress to gathering at every point of the stitching and alowed for every small stitch to show through. While she was not upset initially because time allowed for fixing, it was left at the cleaner for resolution. The dress was picked up a second time and not only did the initial problem persist but now theres an even more apparent line all the way around the hemline. She was too upset to say anything, paid for the work and left. I made a phone call to the business but was told the owner did the work and that she had already left for the day. Upon examination of their website, I saw an alternative phone number listed and called. Turns out it is the owners number and when speaking with her, she made it clear that my girlfriends request of hemming the dress was unreasonable, that she has down hundreds upon hundreds of this type of dress, and if she could get someone else to do it better, she would refund her money. Guess what, Ms. Nancy Mehra, we dont have time to get the dress fixed now so my girlfriend has to wear a dress she wont feel comfortable in during a wedding. And your lack of concern for the service you provide is appalling. Your response was "her demands were too unrealistic". Her demands were too unrealistic??? Her demands were for you to professional hem the dress so that the stitching didnt show on the other side. If you couldnt do the job, then decline the work instead of taking it in with "unrealistic demands". I have been in your establishment for dry cleaning and you may be the only "game" in town, but your customer service skills are dreadful. Thank you for ruining a dress and a day that was meant to be a happy occasion. It upsets me that I wont recommend Klass Cleaners to anyone in the future, as I was the one to recommend it to my girlfriend in the first place. The owner is unprofessional and unapologetic. Get your act together, Ms. Mehra. You were asked for a service to which you did not professionally provide and this is how you treat your customers?

I was skeptical about sending my wedding dress and veil to this cleaners to be pressed before my wedding after reading someone elses horrific review, but aside from hauling my own steamer on the flight from Kansas, I really didnt have an option. I called Klass 9 days before I sent my dress to ensure this is something they could do. I spoke to a woman named Heidi and she was very friendly and told me that several brides do the same thing. I told her the date I needed to pick up etc. I sent the dress and it arrived 6 days before the day I needed to pick it up. I spoke to them over the phone to verify that it truly was in their possession. There was even a note in the box with my dress Attn: Nancy (the owner) with a description of what service I need and when I would need to pick it up by. Mind you, we were already on a tight schedule as is. My fiancé and I went to pick up the dress the day before the wedding. NO ONE COULD FIND IT. We were in there for at least 45 minutes searching for it. They even had me in the back going through racks and racks of clothes to see if I could spot my WEDDING DRESS. Finally someone suggested looking where they keep their mail. Low and behold, there was my dress. The box had been opened and not even touched. We were already late to dinner as it was, so we had to result to picking up the dress the next day. Thankfully I was instant on picking the dress up the day before "just in case" because if I hadnt I would have had to wear an incredibly wrinkled satin dress for my wedding....or they may have not even found it. There are no apologies, no discount, nothing that could make that situation right. Klass Cleaners is KLASS-LESS and as unprofessional as it gets. Avoid at all costs.

I took my favorite blouse into the cleaner to get a grease stain out when I came to pick it up my gorgeous dark pink blouse had turned into a tie-dye cream colored monstrosity ! I was told that this has never happened and that I would be contacted by the owner the next day. Instead, I called and asked to speak to the owner who sounded very unapologetic and before she would consent to compensating me for my damaged blouse she said she had to send it off to be analyzed which would take a few weeks. I have never heard of anything like this! What is there to analyze? My blouse was pink and now its not . The following day I went in to speak with the owner in person. She said after investigating the incident she found that it was their fault (obviously) and agreed to compensate me for the blouse, but after writing me the check would not let me retrieve my blouse so that I might get it dyed. In fact, she told me that it couldnt be fixed. Rather than argue with her I left without my blouse knowing that it definitely could be dyed. I recently opened a boutique in town and had been delighted that there was a cleaner so close, but I would rather drive two hours to drop my clothing off somewhere else then ever Bring another item into klass cleaners. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it no stars I would.
