My visit to this establishment was on a Saturday at about 2:50 upon entering the barber informed me that she was closing I asked if she had time she reluctantly said sure, she did not greet me and she had a bad attitude. While I was there I observed a sign stating they did not accept debit cards so I went across the street to use an ATM at $2.50 fee I went back to the shop and she was just finishing up when I was seated on the dirty chair gawking at the dirty equipment I started listing how I wanted my hair cut a very simple task she hesitated looked at the clock and rudely informed me that she was incompetent and could not cut my hair. I will never go back and I will never refer this place to anyone.

Very poor basic cut. Very uneven side to side, completely missed patches and crooked lines. I went to great clips two weeks later and asked for the exact same haircut as I did here and got a thorough, even cut and compliments from colleagues and friends that were commenting on how poor my haircut looked after going here. I believe the reason was because when I came here they were understaffed and the one barber was rushing my cut to get through the line.

I am a Professional Driver from out of town. I googled closest Barber from the TA and Loves area. This place is Awesome. I had Kelly I made a request for a close cut. She made sure I got what I needed. She tightened my neck up and after she applied a warm towel. I strongly recommend this Barber Shop! For an out of towner Kelly have some great suggestions for places to eat and have some down time fun! Thank You Troutdale Barber Shop! Thank You Kelly!

Horrible experience, kelly couldnt cut a straight line bang, and kim and Kelly offered to come to my home because there was NO sink there to do color . and kelly colored it, broken brush bristles in my hair, my hair turned orange . She went to sally to get clarifying shampoo and color and it turned even worse...the cut was all uneven!!! kim tried to fix and made it worse. It was HORRIFIC experience. I do not recommend either one of them.

This is the only place to come get a haircut. Youd think that cutting a guys hair is simple, but this isnt the case. Troutdale Barber Shop not only has one great barber (barberess?) but two. I have been frequenting this barber shop for over 4 years now. Its a good feeling, to know that you can walk into a place, sit down and have the people know who you are and what you want. This place is great.

Both barbers in the shop (recently moved from its original location) are excellent, friendly, and take care to satisfy the customers requests. Combined, they both have many years of hair cutting experience, and given that experience, Ive yet to have got a poor haircut in their shop. Ive been going nearly two years now and have zero complaints.

I love this place. Every time I go there Im greeted the moment I step through the doors. All my guy friends stop by to get their hair cut and love the staff. Very professional and relaxing place to get a trim or cut. Positive environment that keeps me wanting to come back!
