Where to begin... I ordered pick-up from this restaurant. - Had to wait 15 minutes after arriving at the "Order Finished" time - The store is VERY dirty. The floors were disgusting. You can see into the back of the kitchen, and its gross. Robert Irvine from Restaurant Impossible would go berserk. The decor is outdated and looks old and dirty. - I had to make my own salad. The only topping bins in the salad bar that didnt look like theyd been sitting there for 2 days were the fresh tomatoes. - They were out of Root Beer, even though we were able to order it online - The boneless wings arent fried, they are baked, so the skin is NOT crispy...its nice and soggy. The freezer section at the grocery store and my microwave could have made better wings. We were surprised that the chicken actually looked like whole chicken and not a chicken nugget. - The Pizza was under-cooked. Mmm, nice and doughy pizza crust. The top of the box stuck to the hot cheese of the pizza, so when we opened the box, it pulled up all of the half baked cheese off of the pizza. - The guy who took payment was nice, but there were several staff members who seemed to not know what they were doing. One girl kept complaining and grunting in the back, like she just did not want to be there. It seemed that all of the employees were teenagers without any supervision. Wheres the manager?! - The price is OUTRAGEOUS for such poor quality of service and food We will not be returning to this or any other Round Table Pizza.

Round Table makes very good pizza and wings. The food is almost always tasty. Unfortunately the staff at this location seem to lack in leadership and direction. In all my orders Ive never had a pizza arrive on time or early. On my recent visit I ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be ready. The young gentleman at the counter apologized for the pizza not bring ready. After sitting for about five minutes I heard them start making my pizza. I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes in total and all I was offered for the delay was a complimentary drink while I wait. The staff conversation from the kitchen showed the lack of care and concern for their customers. In poor taste they joked about telling customers that the lead time for delivery was over an hour and a half. Many customers trying to get service were ignored all together or waited a long time for help. When customers were assisted the staff was typically polite, but certainly not exuding great service. The quality of food is fine. The price of the food is a bit spendy compared to thier competition. The overall staff performance is unfortunately very poor.

I do not feel like I am getting what I deserve. The pizza is not cheap, and the restaurant is not clean and I find that a least a little makeover is needed because the interior hasnt changed in the bast decade and half in the very least. Wallpaper is pealing. Bathroom is ugly and feels like I am in some low key restaurant in the Bronx. Service was mediocre and I do not feel like I am being treated respectfully. However, it is to point out that this pizza store has been here for quite some time and when dining in, its like taking a trip back to 1984, which I like. Also the vegetables are fresh and juicy which is like a minor upgrade to buying pizza from the grocery store.

Have ordered here for 10 years. Pizza is consistently good, but new manager is a bummer. As a family of 5, we often have different opinions on what kind of pizza to order. We have historically ordered in quarters or thirds to keep peace in the family. New manager no longer allows this, and we have been forced to go to the competition. Bellagios..They allow thirds and quarters, and their pizza is fantastic. We hope round table goes back to its original policies.

This Round Table used to be awesome, but I heard they got a new manager. Ever since the new manager, Ive had to wait a ridiculously long time for pizza, and the pizza isnt even all the way cooked. One time I ordered delivery and the pizza wasnt even delivered to my house. I had to drive to the restaurant and pick it up myself. Seriously, if you want good pizza, dont go to this Round Table.

THEIR PIZZA TASTES THE BEST. Hands down. They take some time to make it, but its worth the wait! My family has come here for as long as I can remember. The Garlic Gourmet pizzas are amazing. I also like the club sandwiches, theyre delicious. Even a basic cheese pizza here tastes so much better than other pizzas.

Worse pizza and worst service ever! Apparently no one knows how to read orders. We waited over an hour to have it delivered and it was wrong and they asked us to wait another hour to have another one brought to us. This place will not be opened much longer with this kind of service.

After being 30 minutes late we call, "on its way" place is less than 5 minutes away. Still waiting more than 10 minutes later. Avoid! Edit: Pizza showed. Order was wrong and undercooked.

Long wait, on top of that the pizza was undercooked and doughy. Round table used to be on top of my list, but not anymore. Will not reccomend to anyone I know and will never get it again.

This place is disgustingly kept. Theres dirt and flies everywhere, the style is HORRIBLY dated, and the service is terrible. Even the pizza was almost not edible. I wouldnt recommend it.

Ordered pizza that never showed up. Called then and they had no idea what happened. They offered nothing more than a discount on another pizza. Dont order from them...

Been here twice for the lunch buffet both times they have had one pizza out with 10 or 12 people in, the cooks seem in no rush to make more.
