Staff and Food are great, Friendly Awesome People, Food is one of the best pizzas I have ever had in a chain. Always enjoy talking to the manager when I am in. Sole reason this is not a 5 star review is that their corporate office or francise owner does not appear to spend money on upkeep of the store. The AC is hit or miss in the summer time, and during the latest heat wave it was definitely a miss. Today their Ice Machine is broken. Warm room temperature nearly flat soda. I feel bad even ordering a pizza to go, while its 80ish outside by the counter it feels like its at least 95+ degrees in the kitchen. Update 8/8/2017 General Management replied very promptly first thing in the morning. The staff at this location has always addressed any concern promptly and I am quite happy to find that this attitude goes all the way to the top. As my concern has been addressed, I am bumping my review up to the 5 stars I feel this location deserves. Side note, an example of how awesome the staff is. They know my main pizza order by heart, and when I come in during buffet hours they always pop my favorite pizza into the oven without even being asked!

It makes me sad that I have to do this because I LOVE your pizza, but you need to train your drivers on customer service. The driver that arrived with my pizza today totally ruined my experience with your business. Everything was fine at first, he handed me the pizza, told me the price which was just above $25 bucks, so I hand him $40, turn around to put the pizza down, and the kid says "thanks" and walks off without even OFFERING to give me change. I was rather upset so I let my boyfriend call because I would have been VERY rude about it. All that was done was the kid was sent back with my change. No offer of free pizza this time around, a coupon for a percentage off of our next order...just nothing. So until I see a BIG change in your customer service. I will not order from you again. And Im not someone that just every once in a while orders, we order pizza from you at LEAST once or twice a week. I have posted on Facebook and all of my friends and family will hear of this. So sad that a business that has been around for so long can run like this and then not offer anything when it happens.

I love RTP and have always had amazing service from the North Pearl Location. I just moved and ordered pizza from the 27th Street location at 11:22am for football sunday. I called at 12:40pm to asked for a status on my pizza, the guy on the other line said that the driver was out and that he had to come back to pick up my pizza so it was going to be 15-20 min before i had my pizza. That is way to long for a pizza to be delivered. When i called back to talk with a manager and let them know i was not happy with the delivery time, he then told me that my pizza was not even in the oven. Its now 12:51 and my pizza is not even cooked!!!!! They offered nothing in return, what happened to customer service!

This place has really come in to its own. Most people think, "its just pizza" and to that I say you are wrong. I have had a lot of pie in my day and this is the one I crave the most. Not only do they have one of the best lunch buffets Ive seen, they have a great staff. If you are lucky enough to chat with them, you can tell they are all genuine people who love what they do. They work very hard to bring us quality and they dont disappoint. Round Tables distinctive taste is what sets them apart. Im not sure what they use for ingredients, but I can tell you it taste fresh, organic and heavenly. Its the one pizza place I keep coming back to because I feel I am getting my moneys and tummys worth.

Amazing pizza and salad!! Came in today after church and had one of the best salads Ive had in a long time with a fresh selection. The customer service was amazing the younger lady that had helped me upfront had amazing customer service! My family had even mentioned that she brought breadsticks to my table for my salad and they normally arent intitled to do that... Yes round table is pricey but Im willing to pay the price with outstanding customer service and amazing food. Thank you round table staff you guys are great!

Had my granddaughters 6th birthday here last night and it was a great party. Nice space with no fee except for a minimum spending amount for the total party/ guests to spend on food and beverages, easy to reach with around 20 people including kids. Loved that the game/ play area was just above the dining area so we could clearly hear and be close to the kids when playing. Granddaughter was happy not seeing ChuckE the giant mouse, lol.

Pizza is very good. The crew obvious needs some adult supervision. Very unorganized, messed my oder up again. Then lied to me and told me I didnt see the first of my pizzas sitting boxed and ready to go for over 20 minutes. Owner needs to spend some time here and make some changes with his /her crew. Will be using Tacoma location going forward.

The manager, Corey, is fantastic! And the crew here are always outstanding, friendly and helpful. Never been disappointed with my experience Their salad bar is always well stocked and their Pizza variation is never lacking. Will come to this location for years to come

the workers are unkempt, the salad bar was a mess, nearly all the tables were dirty and customers had to move plates over to another dirty table just to sit down. the pizza and the breadsticks are so yummy! the food is worth the trip. maybe just order for takeout....

Made it for the end of the lunch buffet and pizza still fresh and delicious. The salad bar isnt huge but has everything you need and it was also fresh and well stocked. Service was great and restaurant clean. I will definitely be going back a lot!

The pizza is more of a crispy thin type crust. They have many varieties of pizzas such as cheeseburger pizza. The price is a little high for a pizza and the inside is a little run down and could use some updating.

We go to this location because it isnt as busy as the Pearl Street location. The staff is always friendly and the salad bar is well stocked. They also take requests for their pizza buffet lunch.

Pizza is really good. Probably the best of any chain. If youre not with a family of young kids, its best to do carry out. This place gets loud and full of a lot of kids yelling. Too much for me.
