This review is for the catering service. Ive ordered catering for my film crews a few times from Bridges Catering. Im always left feeling Ive received sub-par service while paying a lot. I will say, theyve always delivered on-time and with the correct order but thats about it. I recently ordered boxed lunches with sandwiches and salads. The salads (see pictures) had limited to no toppings and mostly consisted of one small handful of mixed greens or romaine lettuce. These salads cost between $12-$13 and wouldnt feed a toddler. I was shocked that this was considered a meal. I will say that the cookies were super tasty. However, the sales person up-sold me an extra cookie platter without telling me that the boxed lunches already came with cookies. That bothered me (even though the cookies were rad). I dont believe Ill use their catering (at least the boxed lunches) again.

Solid brunch spot, useful when I dont feel like waiting in line forever before you get to sit down. The place is clean and cozy, but Ive been here a few times when there appeared to be only one person waiting on tables for Sunday brunch so service can be delayed (but still very friendly). Food has been a little inconsistent, some items have been pretty good (the benedicts) while others have come out a little less successful (my potato dish was sitting in a bowl of grease).

Im giving this 5 stars and they got my food wrong, thats how good it is. I ordered the catfish Benedict thing, it didnt have any catfish but it was stupid good, such deep flavor, that plate was scrapped clean. Despite my lack of complaints, they demanded I not pay for the meal so I spilled it over to the tip. The nice woman working had a really great personality, very down to earth and direct. This might be my new go-to breakfast spot

Bridges is a fantastic local cafe with a stellar breakfast selection. They have weekly specials that showcase their ability to come up with something new and exciting but also maintain the same quality Ive come to expect of their regular menu. Their Benedicts are my far my favorite and their catfish has fills my brunch cravings. I can rarely escape without picking up at least a half order of their French Toast!

I live in the hood, so I go to bridges a lot. The service is pretty great considering its always just this one woman who does everything. The place is not huge but the atmosphere is cozy like a good breakfast place should be. The challah french toast is the best. the grits are pretty good too and my friend always gets the breakfast burrito. The scrambles are always a little small and I leave hungry.

Decent mocha with a rude staff. Just dropped in for a coffee to go, it was really busy and I didnt want to take up a table for 5 minutes so I asked what theyd prefer I do. I got a snappy condescending response and was told to wait. When my order finally came out it was dropped off without a word said. Overall just a weird experience. Probably wont come back.

The staff here are all extremely friendly, always ready to have a conversation even at the busiest of times. The portions are VERY big for the price ($8-10). Ive never left hungry. The menu is a little limiting, but has multiple varieties of every dish. I usually scope the special board to see how creative they can get. Lots of vegetarian options as well.

Everytime I travel to Portland, I have to make a stop @ Bridges. Food is awesome. Wait staff can be hit or miss, but I think Freddy rocks. Dont go Mon-Wed, she s off. *Catfish Hash, *Heuvos Rancheros and almost everything I ve ordered has been great. Their corn bread is amazing! Love it, love it, love it. F the lame o staff and have some good eats.

Very strange cafe. Other guests got homey mugs but we got these paper cups. My dry cappuccino came half full with a tiny layer of foam. We sat down and were told that its actually a sit down restaurant but theyd make an exception because theyre not busy. The cake we ordered came boxed up but they plated it for us once when we asked.

Delicious food made with love - you can tell that the people who work here put a lot of time into designing a menu that is both healthy and delicious. Its a small cafe, but it is always been busy when I come in and the wait is about average for a sit-down breakfast. I will definitely visit again and you should too!

Parking in rear, No real signage out front...Right next to Nike Store....Food was absolutely awesome, probably one of the best breakfasts Ive had in a long time.Good coffee. Friendly and quick service even with a full house...there can be a line. only 12 tables. Small little hole in the wall place.

We waited for at least ten minutes outside while there was clearly vacant, bussed room for at least 6. Our orders came out quickly and our server was friendly enough, but the food was pretty bland. Then we had to wait forever to get our check. I doubt well be going back.

Terribly rude. Ive never felt so humiliated. Particularly upsetting since we live right next door and were so excited for the potential. The two waitresses were broadcasting our small complaint hovering over us while we asked why 4 groups after us were already eating.

Great food and service from this spot. We were looking for a place to eat and quickly . The service was friendly, the food was great... And I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and how we were served. I definitely recommend will try to eat here again in the future.

My last visit was painfully bad. What happened? This place ued to be one of the better breakfast. Both dished I ordere (waffle and biscuits and gravy) were beyond bad. Stale feeling tough dense chewy waffle. Dry biscuits and off putty gravy. An absolute shame.

A great neighborhood breakfast joint. Go early so you dont have to wait. I always got their eggs benedict and added avocado. They have a secret parking lot in the back. I love their waitress. Also, check out the champagne cocktail with bitters. Yum.

The corned beef hash is the BEST Ive ever had. Seriously !!!!!! You wont be disappointed. I know the place looks like a hole in the wall when you get there, but just go in, sit down, order the corned beef hash breakfast, shut up and eat.

Have great food, pretty quick service for a sunday breakfast, 30 max wait for tasty breakfast, local to the boyfriends. Yet mellow good service (sometimes by a portland performance artist) and FRENCH TOAST is the better ever!

Ive only been here once, but they had absolutely fabulous biscuits and gravy, which are a bit of a citywide quest for me. Id love to go back - the ambiance was really calm and nice, and I had no problem with the service.

I think we got lucky or just timed it right, for a great southern breakfast, fall off the bone ribs, cheddar grits and a sour cream topped burrito that kept me going all day. Nice cozy atmosphere.

Great low key breakfast spot. Food was fantasic, got a chicken and bacon omelette, wheat toast was killer. Only downside...ordered a bloody mary, I honestly think they forgot to booze it up.
