My 9yr old son and I stopped to share a sandwich. He reached in the cooler and got a yogurts parfait. He accidentally dropped it and it broke. An employee very rudely told me I was going to have to still pay for it. I asked to speak to a manager and..... She was the manager. I couldnt believe that she was in management. We paid for the item and left. I called and complained to subway and was told the owner would call me and it has been about a week and still no call. There are subway sandwich shops on just about every corner. Save your self from this miserable woman and visit a different location.

Pretty good Subway location. Their staff knows their stuff, and its one of the few places where Im treated as a regular with a few of them knowing me after just a couple visits. Nice to have a little chit chat during the sandwich building process. My only complaint is that they never have avocado lately every time I go in. Despite that, I still come here instead of down the street because I like the customer service interactions.

Rude blonde girl threw a fit because we had to make five sandwiches and we were following a list. She constantly misheard us and acted as if it were our fault. She almost had a heart attack when we asked for extra meat and olives on one sandwich with the snooty quip "any other details?" If you see a blonde fat putrid teen, turn around and leave.
