As a transplant FROM Scranton to Pittsburgh, I get my hair cut at Loyalty in Archibald when I drive in to the area. I have had my hair cut by almost all of the barbers at the establishment. I walk out each time 100% satisfied and in awe. Each time I go, the place is packed. The barbers chairs are constantly full, and the waiting area is full as well. The wait is worth it because no matter what, when I get into the chair they still take all the time and care necessary. My hat is off to them. They love what they do, they work hard, and somehow still manage to be pleasant. It is really cool to see how a small, new business in the Scranton area can grow in current times.

Dont have to wait long at all for service; Very professional, and accommodating in terms of wheel chair accessibility. Listen to good music or simply watch flat screen tv for entertainment or if your interests matches conversation within ear shot dont hesitate to comment for they are open to discussion on variety of topics. Dont be intimidated by body work of art for it displays unique taste. If youre thinking of having your shorty getting a clean cut by an outstanding barber, your loyalty to their business will definitely show! Or no matter what age, or style you seek from a barber, his or her signature tells how a barbershop and shave parlor should be run!

Ill never get a cut or a shave anywhere else ever again. I drive 40 min just to get to Loyalty, and its worth it every time. You have the option to request a particular barber, but no matter whos chair you sit in you get a crisp consistent cut/shave. They carry some awesome products you cant find anywhere else. Definitely grab some Shiner Gold pomade. While you are in. Be warned.....The Loyalty crew has an attention to detail second to none...They will set the bar HIGH, and you wont find better.

I take my kids here to get their hair cut. They can get really nice modern haircuts and the people there do a really really good job. They gave my kids exactly what they wanted. There is sometimes a little bit of a wait, but that is because theyre taking their time to make sure that they get the haircut right. Will definitely go back several more times.

This place looks legit, but "no appointments".... what? Im about 30 mins away and its just not worth the risk of the wait. A place this busy should really do appointments. Not the place for me. Be prepared to walk into no seating and a long wait. Maybe it was just for me....... idk.

Im a huge fan of this place. Very easy going atmosphere and extremely reasonable prices. Generally not a whole lot of waiting especially when you come in during the day. Parking isnt bad and the staff are excellent. Honestly, nowhere really compares to this place in this area.

It s more than just a haircut, its a grooming experience. The Barbers are proud of their skill and you can feel and see it by the results. A definite must for anybody who wants to look and feel good about themselves
