Josh arrived on time in the AM, Tammy had called to let me know he was on his way. As always he was dressed in TE Spall clothing and I found him to be friendly and courteous. He went down to the basement and worked on the system for a good amount of time. He came up and told me that the system was running well but one of the capacitors was out of tolerance. He suggested replacing it and performing a maintenance procedure on the systems drain I believe also. I told him to go ahead and do both. He was finished relatively quickly and came up. I signed off and he was on his way. Again I was very pleased with both him and the service provided by TE Spall. Its been three years since they installed the new Water Furnace System replacing the one that we had for over twenty five years. I am sure that we will get more use out of our new one thanks to them. Id recommend Spall to anyone seeking a system or service to an existing system, they will certainly be pleased!

Called and told them what the problem was and the customer service clerk said that she would see if the part was available or if we need to buy a new air conditioner cover was available. She got the unit number and said shed have to call me back when she spoke to the representative. The next morning she called and said that the part couldnt be replaced and that a new cover could be ordered and would be here in a few days. She quoted me a price and called me a few days later. She called when the cover came in and scheduled a service call. The technician arrived at the appt. time and installed the cover. He was very polite, friendly and courteous. The cover fit perfectly, and the bill was what was quoted. All and all a very good experience.

My heat has been sporadic turning on. They came to fix it the first time; however, it wasnt working right after that. T.E. Spall sent someone out a second time and now a third time trying to make this intermittent problem fixed. I appreciate that they are standing by their work and are continuing to send someone out to make this right after paying the first time! All the techs are super nice. The third technician that just came, Josh S. was so nice and super thorough!! He was very concerned with doing all he had to do to try and completely fix this problem, so I dont have to go another night freezing! He was patient, understanding, friendly, and so helpful!!! Thank you so much Josh for your efforts and help!!! I very much appreciated it all!!!

Mr.Daniel M was a very respectful polite organized well spoken professional worker who did his job very well. He explained step by step everything that he was doing for me to understand. He made sure that everything was working and done correctly. He did not leave my home until everything was done. I am one satisfied customers,very happy. He made sure our boiler was working and clean and our chimney cap was changed. I was so satisfied with his work that I got into a yearly plan with the company because I trust them. He really cared about my family being warmed by fixing the boiler. Thank you very much. I would strongly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Time and time again they prove to be the best in service and quality as far as Im concerned. We own an older home and lately have needed to deal with many contractors - T.E.Spall & Son is by far the best and most reliable of all we have encountered. I highly recommend using them for regular maintenance, and if you need to replace equiptment call them FIRST. We did. They gave us an estimate, and then we looked around at other prices and installs. We ended up right back where we started - with them, and we couldnt be happier.

I had a problem with the pump on my heater. The repairman arrived on time and was very courteous and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He indicated that he understood the problem and very carefully explained how he intended to repair the problem and the charges for the repair. After the repair he tested to see if the problem was resolved and cleaned up the repair area. He then asked me if it was repaired to my satisfaction. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to call again for any future repairs.

Always on time! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly is how I would describe Dan. It was very cold this morning when he came. He went right to work without nary a complaint. He is a fine representative of a very fine company. I would also like to give a special thanks to Josh, who came out over Thanksgiving weekend to make a minor adjustment to my generator. This company has skilled personnel and state up to date on all the latest technology. What a blessing!

As always, great service from TE Spall. Had our annual AC maintenance done recently. I called later than I should have in the season and they scheduled me in their next open spot but then several weeks before the appointment, I got a call saying they had a cancellation and were in the area and could they come by. Nice that they look at their schedule and get people in when they can.

Josh was here to fix an ongoing furnace problem. He didnt want to leave until he got to the bottom of the issue, which he did. He explained it thoroughly to the homeowner , then proceeded with ordering the part. He conducted himself in the upmost professional manner and was polite and extremely knowledgeable . I had my A/C serviced yesterday. The tech was courteous and professional and certainly knew his stuff. He even fixed a loose exhaust pipe on the furnace that was loose and could have been a big problem with carbon monoxide getting into our home.
