I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the employees at Ohl, I am a first time customer to them, and I was truly pleased with the service I received, First off Erica, whom took my call to set things up for me as well as her scheduling person Michelle were both OUTSTANDING, and extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. During the call I truly felt VALUED, and NOT RUSHED, they took the time to listen to my problem and get things set up to resolve. On the day of my service Ivan was my tech assigned to me, he truly is amazing, VERY INFORMATIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. As with my phone calls he too when he arrived was friendly, introduced himself, and truly took his time explaining my situation to me that I could understand. I not once felt RUSHED or that I was just another Number to this company. They TRULY CARE about their customers, and take the time to get to know each person they communicate to. Finally I was originally scheduled for service on a monday, HOWEVER, due to a cancellation they had they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, by contacting me and seeing if Id like to be taken care of sooner, and came out 2 days earlier then originally planned/scheduled for. GREAT JOB everyone involved. I will definitely be doing future business with this company again, and will recommend them to people looking for HVAC servicing needs!!!!

We had a Mitsubishi Split duct unit installed in August of 2016. I waited until now to write a review because I just received my electric bill for March of 2017. Our house is 2 stories and a little over 1400 square feet. To cool the entire house with this unit was approx. 60 to 70 cents A DAY with it on 70 degrees 24x7!!! Anything below that was too cold. NOW to the best part, we live in Mount Pocono PA.. Our highest electric bill, (our house is all electric appliances,) was 190 dollars!!! without the electric heat our bill is never more than 70 bucks a month, which means this Mitsubishi system never used more than about 120-130 dollars a month to heat the ENTIRE house. (we left the temperature set at 63 TO 65 24x7. Also our walls have NO insulation!!! In closing, RF Ohl did a SUPERB JOB with the installation and EVERYONE from the sales people to the installers, to the office people, (including the billing dept.!,) were even better than SUPERB!!! The billing dept even did most of the paper work for our PPL rebate for this energy start heating/air unit, which everyone is eligible for. KUDOS TO R.F. OHL !!!!!!!!!!

Recently, R.F. Ohl come out to my Bethlehem home to service the heating and cooling system. They serviced my gas HVAC system and my gas fireplace all in one trip, getting me ready for the winter. For the longest time, I have had a problem with one bedroom not getting enough heat in the winter or enough AC in the summer. Previously, Ive had other HVAC companies try to fix the problem and they never could. R.F. Ohls technician was able to trouble shoot the issue and fix it in the same day! I definitely recommend using R.F. Ohl for your homes HVAC, heating and cooling systems. I also bought a gas Weber grill from them earlier this year. The service was awesome. They delivered the grill to my home, took the old grill away so I didnt have to deal with disposing it and they installed the new grill. The tech went out of his way to get the correct parts to install the grill (my grill was piped directly into my homes gas supply, so the installation was a little more complicated than most).

I would like to give a 5 Star to R.F. Ohl. We had a new Bryant Heat Pump installed about 5 weeks ago. Really happy with the excellent quality of this great system. Bill was very detailed by measuring all of our rooms throughout the initial planning process. Cant say enough about Roberto and his installation team which made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the project. Then Lisa in customer service took care of all the paperwork by filling out all of our rebates and product registration forms. Everything was taken care of from the beginning to the end. If you want it done right then I would highly recommend R.F. Ohl for your HVAC needs.

The team that came to assess my climate control problem in my Photography studio were very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I want my clients to be totally comfortable at Photography by Lynn and that also means temperature as well. With 10 foot ceilings its a difficult space to heat. They figured out what would be my best solution. From there the very professional team of two men showed up at my location and did the install. They were timely, professional, tidy, and explained everything I needed to know. Ive had the units now for a few weeks and am totally thrilled and have recommended Ohls several times to my clients.

My experience with the sales rep, William, and the installation technicians, Caleb and Dean, was excellent. All are very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi systems and always acted in a professional manner. The installation by Caleb and Dean was done on time, the systems functioned properly on start-up and the work areas were maintained in a clean manner. Williams follow-up was appropriate and thorough. It was a pleasure dealing with these individuals.

I recently had a problem with my heat pumps condensation pipe. Ohls air conditioning contractors/technicians came out right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were very thorough in their explanation and very friendly as well. They fixed the problem, checked out the rest of the system and left my house clean. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC, air conditioning, or other heating system repairs.

The tech,Chris that came to our home to diagnose an issue with our heating system was a professional in all aspects. He was thorough and answered our questions regarding our system and explained his answer in layman terms. We have been using OHL to service our heating and AC systems for approx. 11 years. No complaints. Answering service was quick to respond as were the service personnel sent to do the job.

Roger was very proficient in servicing my oil furnace. It was several years since the unit was cleaned or calibrated. Now it is running very efficiently. The furnace doesnt run as much or as long as it was before service and the radiators are much warmer. Also, Roger answered all my questions about the heating unit & how it works. Overall, it was a very positive experience & well worth the cost.
