Mast Roofing did a great job replacing our roof, gutters, and skylights. I had heard horror stories of roofing companies (even ones that are well known) that quote a low price with claims of including the same work and quality as other firms, but they end up subcontracting the job. Only later the homeowner discovers inferior materials or that shortcuts were taken during installation. Since the roof is so important in protecting the investment in a house, I wanted someone that I was confident would do the job right. During the job planning with Mast Roofing, they explained the best practices they use to ensure a leak tight roof that will last. I really appreciated their knowledge and installation details regarding chimney flashing, vent pipe flashing, and roof ventilation. The job started when they said it would and each day the project lead took the time to communicate what was going on and the plans for the next day. When the inevitable hidden problems were discovered after the old 34 year roofing was removed, they explained what was found with photos to make it clear and recommended solutions. The work crews were courteous and respectful of our home; (they always had those white shoe covers on any time they had to come into the house). At the end of each day the area was cleaned up so there were no hazards. The new roof looks wonderful, and I know it will protect my home for a long time. A new roof is a lot of money, but it was well spent with Mast Roofing; I would highly recommend them.

We just had a our roof replaced by Mast Roofing. Kerwin came out to look things over and give us an estimate. He did a thorough inspection of outside and attic. One big problem with our old stone house was that our attic has never had proper ventilation. Kerwin figured out a way to do it after other roofers said it could not be done unless we were willing to pay a small fortune in taking out a lot of stone. Our attic is now very well ventilated and we have a beautiful roof. All the Mast workers were skilled, meticulous and very nice to have around. They kept the place clean. No random screws or nails to be found. We are very pleased with their results and because Kerwin was so thorough and careful in his estimate, there were no surprises at jobs end. Well there was one surprise, the roof came in a bit under the estimate. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Thank you to Kerwin ,Jason, Shane, Dave , Alex, Bob, Brandon , all of whom did a great job on our project. hope I didnt miss anyone but you all were great !!

I dont usually write reviews, however this was criminal. I had a representative come out from Mast Roofing and Construction to provide an estimate for an asphalt or steel roof for a small two car detached garage with new gutters. I had also had three other estimates prior to this one and all were all within the same range of $3,000 for asphalt and $6,000 for steel. Mast Roofing gave me an estimate for $11,000 for asphalt and $19,000 for this small garage with the same details and corrections necessary. THREE TIMES AS MUCH ON EACH QUOTE. I call this taking advantage of people. The three other companies were reputable companies, two of which I was referred to by other customers. I imagine Mast wont be in business for long if they continue this practice.

Awesome job. My roof started leaking really bad at 5am on a Saturday morning. They had someone out quickly for a weekend emergency repair. He was very knowledgeable, he explained exactly what he was doing, and got the work done right. He even matched my existing shingle color. He was able to have my roof fully repaired before the rain returned, saving me from more possible damage to my house.

Deb who answered the phone was really nice, seems to be a real professional outfit. I just could not see paying the $99 dollar diagnostic fee,
