I cannot say enough about Ian McGann and I. M. Contracting and all of the guys who have worked on our downstairs (Brody, Jack, Damon, Ross, Keith, and all of the rest of the guys who have been in and out of our house over the past few months!). We went from a completely unfinished basement to a fully livable bottom floor. We added game areas, living area, wet bar, and powder room, as well as moved all of our utilities to one side of our floor (HVAC, tankless water heater, electrical panel, and added a separate electrical panel and fresh air return into the utility closet). From the design and estimation period through the full build out and punch list items, Ian and his team have been passionate about providing the best experience possible. The final product has exceeded our wildest imaginations and expectations and we couldnt be happier! What a bunch of class act guys whose first priority is getting it done right. Their creativity and attention to detail shows in every facet of, what is now, our most favorite part of our home. We will never use another contractor for a project again and feel we got more value than weve paid for.

This company is just the best. I have had IMC do work for me several times. All jobs have started with a written estimate, a written description of the work to be done, a beginning date,and when work is to be completed. In all cases my jobs have been accurately estimated and there have been no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. They are by far the friendliest group Ive has the pleasure to hire. But not only are their personalities a delight, they are true craftsmen; professional, courteous, and immaculate. When my projects were finished there wasnt one nail, one piece of cardboard, one ounce of sawdust left behind. I would (and have) highly recommended I.M, Contracting to anyone looking for a professional contracting company. You will not be disappointed.

Ive been around the block it seems more than a few times..... Owned several homes and rental properties. Dealt with all kinds of so called contractors and repair men. Ian and his crew of fine young craftsmen are by far in a superior class from all the rest. From the initial walk through, a detailed clearly written proposal, the prep and clean up they were superior and always delightful. I find it hard to believe myself that I am using such superlatives to describe my experiences with I M Contracting, but they have earned it!! If you are looking for the cheapest do not call IM Contracting!! If you are looking for the best at a very reasonable and fair cost then do yourself the favor of getting to know I M Consulting.

We engaged I.M. Contracting, Ltd for a kitchen remodel in the summer of 2015. The entire experience from start to finish was very positive and our new kitchen is beautiful! The I.M. team is very professional, organized and delivered everything as promised. they were a joy to work with- all team members were respectful, and the quality of their work is impressive. We have had so many comments from friends and family about the quality of the materials that were used and the special touches that have made a big difference in our kitchen. This included a custom island, new lighting and molding added to our original perimeter cabinets. We couldnt be happier with the result.
