I found Kyle through his website. Sadly, I was disappointed in the service. His father was very professional. When he came out there for an estimate, his father was asked to make all outlets white. This note was not written down by Laverty Sr. They performed the repair, but the color was not correct. When asked to rectify it, he promised to come back with the right outlets. I contacted him several times to have him fix the problem, but he never followed through.

I have contacted Kyle Laverty General Contractor because I wanted to get my basement finished. He came out to do measurements he was supposed to give me an estimate/proposal. It has been four weeks and I am still waiting for an estimate. I have tried calling the office even left several messages for the past week. As of right now, I will not be having any relationships with Kyle Laverty very unprofessional. He has no communication with customers.

I needed some work done on my house so I decided to call Kyle. I called him 3 times and left him 3 messages with my name and phone number. I never heard back. If someone isnt responsible enough to call you back, I wonder how responsible they are when it comes to the work??
