Rude and unfriendly attendant. I brought a flat rate box paid from my home in Lansdale and he didnt want to take it. He gave me a copy of rules , confirming that I was right and prepaid flat rate box may be shipped from any post office but tried to convince me that it works only for small shipments. He has to be retrained both for shipping rules and customer service
