The woman with the short blonde hair isnt pleasant. Ive had to deal with her before and everytime I come in shes rude. Also dont bother calling the location, they just let it ring. No one waiting in line amd the pho e just kept ringing, finally it stopped amd the lady said "Oh well, too late.. theyll call back."

Dont ever come here on a Saturday! Especially not for a passport. Waits are HORRIBLE- literally 2 hours and there is only one person processing passports..NEVER AGAIN
