Como se puede observar en las dos imágenes... mucho tiempo Pero este tiempo se abarca en tiempo perdido... Esperando a alguien que pudiese atenderme sobre un paquete que nunca llegó a su destino y aún espero un porqué, no puedo creer que una compañía tan grande como lo es está no tenga atención al cliente en condiciones, increíble pero cierto, seguiré llamando e inclusive me acercaré a sus oficinas porque estar 40 minutos a la espera no creo que sirva de mucho. Si llego a saber que es así este tipo de servicio lo podría haber hecho llegar por otra compañía, en fin, este tipo de cosas sirven de experiencia.

The office itself needs an update. The workers are very nice people placed in a location where the flow of mail traffic goes beyond the zip code of 19082 and its surrounding area. Most of the customers could be a bigger help to themselves if they would come slightly more prepared than they do. Understanding the English language might be another big help or bringing someone who does when you come up to the customer service window . For myself Id like to see better lighting in the place. The location features a handicapped access and has Saturday hours.

Years ago I had a couple difficult experiences at this office. Lately in the past 4 years it has been getting better. I had a shipment from California of perishables come there and held for pick up by mistake (shipper error) The young man who answered the phone took the needed time to hear my situation and find my box. He then brought it to me himself!! :) Service on the phone and in person is picking up!! 5 stars for Upper Darby Post Office!! Keep up the good work folks!!

horrible customer service and very nasty attitudes. my packages were not scanned in and accepted and i was told i need a 5630 form, which Ive never heard of! when i asked for a supervisor i was told both were in a meeting. wont be visiting this location EVER again!

Sometime its a little busy but they workers are always kind, pleasant & helpful. Im guessing the people who wrote negative reviews are ignorant then get angry when the response is not excitement to help. Golden rule, people.

package was "out for delivery." Mailperson said they attempted to deliver-thats funny because I saw them speed by my house at the time they said they tried to deliver. Horrible.

This office is great. The workers are very helpful. I live in Philly and will come here to mail any packages. The only thing is the office is a bit outdated.

People are curt and get upset if the credit card machines are running slow. Mail carriers repeatedly deliver to the incorrect address from online retailers.
