I had great experiences with some of the people at the office. But the delivery driver has thrown a package marked LIVE FISH at my front door with such force it bashed the door and bounced. I left a note on my door to knock so I could get a package of baby fish inside out of the cold (it was around 40 degrees out), she didnt knock and took off. Another day she walked packages up to the door (again didnt knock even though I left a polite note) and then left a package of baby fish in the mail box that I didnt know about... why didnt she bring it up with the others?? Within days another box arrived completely crushed, completely taped all back up and falling appart, I went to open the door and see if she needed help bringing anything to the door so she chucked the broken package as she saw the door opening... because all the packages were in transit at the same time I didnt want to be rude or file complaints until everything arrived. I didnt want things to be treated even worse then they already were. Some individuals cared and some seemed to want to be purposefully malicious

This post office is all around horrible! The postmaster is rude, unapologetic, and can barely speak English. The mail carrier has a serious attitude problem. I have received four broken packages in the past two years. Yesterday another package was delivered and they used it to prop my storm door open. When I pulled up and saw the state of my door and package it literally screamed STEAL ME! I constantly get my neighbors mail across the street and vice versa. I have complained several times to the postmaster and nothing ever changes. Im sooooooooo tired of this!! One day the mail carrier was very upset that he couldnt pull his truck directly up to the walkway to deliver mail to our mailbox group due to construction materials being out on the curb waiting for bulk pick up. He got so pissed off that he threw the mail truck into reverse and hopped the curb up onto the grass. I have picture proof of that one. Bunch of jackasses!

They constantly bring me other peoples mail and packages .. but I have have a hard time getting my own mail. Always have to call because they forget my packages on the truck. Joe is always super nice and helpful but who ever delivers isnt that sharp. They have left my packages in the rain and even called me to see where packages were that they delivered here on accident .. I didnt even know he left it here, box was in the rain and against my trash cans.. I dont even get my neighbors mail, I get mail from the development behind me! Frustrating that I have to drive people their mail. And wonder where mine is....

I have always had a good experience at the Branch location, and I still do BUT the street mail carrier by the name of Ian that works at this branch is straight out rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I cant not understand how the U.S. Postal Service can have someone like this working or better yet representing them. I have made a complaint about this carrier to his commanding post master, hopefully I wont have to go proceed further up the food chain.... Citizens beware of this extremely rude man!!!!!

Its a post office, so there it much to expect. Though they have some of their own difficulties, they have been able to help me and my family with moving our address, and forwarding our mail to our temporary address due to a fire.

Ok, seriously.... I'm really liberal and don't want to bash government employees, but the 50ish blonde woman and the post master at this place are some of the worst humans beings I have ever met in my entire life.
