Horrible customer service FROM SUE !! This wanna handles the PO BOXES. My forwarding was "canceled" !! For a month !!! Until I called wondering where my mail was. No even an apology from this insensitive stoned out mail clerk . When I said it would be nice to have an apology & an assurance I would receive my mail in the future she said "Im sure somebody apologized to you!" . With the blank stare expression of a tired old unhappy state office worker! Take this as a caution & use another post office or be sure to keep an eye on any services you request. I can understand a "glitch" but the complete lack of empathy or kindness was overwhelming . Im guessing this woman was not raised in Doylestown. Born & bred in a walmart auto store !

A horrible mail carrier from this post office yelled at my elderly mother using profanities because she forgot her mail key. Chased her into 3 different rooms yelling. so unprofessional. When I called to complain I was told elderly people are annoying and take up too much of the carriers time. Funny that she had the time to follow my mother yelling at her. Wish there was a minus 5 star option,

This post office is close to my work, and due to post offices closing before work hours are done, I try to mail my packages or pick up stamps during my break. I have often stood on line for 20 minutes or more! I have even had to get out of line to go back to work and not mail my packages. Either they need to hire more workers or they need the current employees need to pick up the pace.

The staff at this post office location is excellent. I hate to wait in line for 10-20 minutes but when you get to the front desk, the staff (regardless of who you get) are always professional and helpful. They do take their time and make sure you are taken care of. P.S. Servicio muy excelente!!!

Horrible, I just tried to call and report the 4th instance where my mail was not picked up and delivered and all they could do is say "yep" and then hung up on me. When I tried to call back they refused to answer the telephone, just let it ring and ring. Not a nice place to call

Good post office, patient employees, and the PO boxes are accessible 24/7. No one ever seems to know how to park in this parking lot however.
