i had a bad experience there. i would never recommend smart from the start to anyone. the communication between parent and teacher is terrible. In two weeks the head teacher said hello to me literally 1 time, i received 1 sheet telling me what my child had done for the day, 1 of the aides demeanor was that of a person whom was uninterested in children or even working in a daycare. my child was not happy at all in that dark 2 year old room. I took her out after two weeks, i couldnt stomach leaving my baby in a place like that any longer. She came home three days in a row looking like she had been beat up (marks on her face, ponytail pulled out). I started to put a recorder in her bag but decided not to because if I heard something on it that was troubling I would of ended up in jail. They only day she came home happy was the day i approached management and the teacher with my concern. That day, they took a video of her playing by herself. the building is pretty but the people working in it are questionably qualified individuals. They need to get rid of everyone, including the director who raved about this highly qualified two year old teacher (lies). They also sold me on the whole potty training thing....Dont be fooled, they didnt put my baby on that toilet 1 time. People please be advised, the director will rave about these workers just to get you to enroll your child. By the end of your first day you will see that they dont even like kids. You will then say to yourself "Oh well let me just give it a chance, it was only day 1". By the end of week 2 you will be wanting to pull your child right on out.

This being my daughters first time in daycare was already hard enough on me. The very first day I had a bad impression. The teachers/aids just sit there and do not say a word to you. There is no interaction at all. When you work with children you need to have a special type of personality and the people there have NO personality. I gave the center three weeks but it just kept getting worse and worse. My daughter had a cold and her nose was running a lot, when I went to pick her up she had dried up snot all over her and her nose was still running all over the place. I asked why it was like that and I got no response. Later that night I was bathing her and she was crying telling me not to touch it. I looked on her arm and i noticed a bite mark and big bruises on her legs. I know that kids get hurt but they have to tell you when things happen!!!!!!!!! Unless they were not caring for my child which I strongly believe they were not. I would not recommend taking a child here let alone a dog!!!!!! If you are considering this place please rethink it. I know the next center I choose I am going to do it very carefully.

worse daycare ever. The teacher didnt even know that my child could talk as well as she could until the second week she was there. The teachers and aides in the 2 yr old class were unfriendly and rarely said a word to me. I watched my out going happy 2 year old literally have anxiety attacks as we pulled into the parking lot....you could only imagine how she was when i managed to actually drag her into the place. after 2 weeks of that place i took my child out. you just have to know your child and my child just wasnt acting herself at all in the place. She has since then moved on to another facility where she is back to her happy and bubbly self. So after talking to facebook friends, i discovered that one of my friends actually worked in this place. Well all i will say is i was floored when she gave me the inside scoop on this place. Parents if you are considering this place, dont be fooled by their appearance. Take you baby and run for the hills as quick as you can.

My child has gone here for 4 years. Nice, friendly, atmosphere. Keypad and password entrance. Staffed fromt desk who is ran by management to help with issues or concerns. Clean facility, good curriculum. My child recently graduated from the preschool program and the ceremony was very nice. The space was decorated nicely, it was well organized, the children preformed and a refreshment table was set up for guests to enjoy afterwards. I would recommend this childcare center! The summer camp goes on weekly trips and keep the children entertained.

Love this daycare my kids have been going here for over 4 yeArs and they also have the best camp in the summer. This daycare does more then watch your child they are also getting them prepared for school. Ive moved and still travel over 45 minutes for my kids to come here
