I booked an appointment here for myself and my 3 best friends to celebrate my birthday this past Saturday, they all came in from out of town and we wanted to do something different. Of all of the salons I visited Eden had the nicest décor and I really wanted a salon in the KOP area because we had reservations for lunch after so I selected Eden. I made an appointment for a spa mani/pedi and a chair massage. My friend Kim had a spa manicure and a detox body wrap and my friends Tulshi and Jewell had spa manicures. We started promptly at 10:30am which was nice and my girls loved the atmosphere. Tulshi and myself had Vanessa as our mani/pedi nail technician. She was wonderful ! She made us feel very comfortable and answered any and every question we had. My friend Jewell however, had Katrina and she was very rude to say the least. She barely acknowledged her and I knew my friend was not happy before I even spoke with her about it. She rushed through Jewells manicure explaining nothing and did not make conversation. Katrina chatted happily however with another technician and another client who I am assuming is a regular. If anything I would think you would be nicer to new clients so they do return! Kim had Gail and Dawn for her manicure and she was happy with them. I would say my favorite part of the appointment was my chair massage by Ashley, she was very kind and my massage was great ! Kim also thoroughly enjoyed her detox body wrap with Meghon Overall I would NOT return to Eden for nails. They do not believe in using dryers to dry your nails and two of mine were messed up before I even left the salon. They stated that the dryers make too much noise. While I understand the spa is all about serenity, I do expect my $70 mani/pedi to not be messed up before I leave. Maybe some portable nail dryers can be placed in the hair salon because Im assuming hair dryers are used there? SoSo overall and Id consider Eden for other services but the nails were not worth it for the money.

I have been going to this Spa for the past three years. I get my hair done here regularly by a woman whom is amazing! I always feel as though I get my moneys worth here. The staff are very nice and accommodating (once I mentioned in the beginning of a massage that I wanted a pedicure that day too, but they were so busy I didnt think it would work out & after my massage was done my therapist told me she had already called down and that I could get a pedicure right away). I have tried about every service here. I love the pedicures, all the massages, the facials, and the hair care. Everyone is simply wonderful. I did have one bad experience with a gel nail polish that was supposed to stay on for 2 weeks, but flaked off after less than one week! The only reason I was upset was because I was recently engaged & wanted to show off my ring to my family (who hadnt seen it yet). When I mentioned it to the front desk I received a free gift card (which matched the payment of the gel manicure) and letter of apology from them within a week. To me it sounds like the person who had a massage here had a bad experience, but if you really gave this place a try you would see that it is peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing place that everyone should go to. I LOVE Spa Le Jardin!

Do To

Went for mani/ pedi along with massage. The tech who did my mani and pedi while nice did not do a great job. My fingernails were filed unevenly and the polish was not smooth. I would have just dealt with the mani but the pedi was actually painful. She over buffed one of my heels and then cut two of my toenails so low I couldnt walk on them without pain for a few days after. Im only giving 2 stars bc the massage was very good and ambiance was relaxing. When we called to let them know about the pedicure the front desk couldnt be nastier and told us nothing could be done. Have told many friends not to visit here and try somewhere else instead.

I went for a massage and I am in a great deal of pain. She had heavy hands, something I usually really love because my muscles are tight, but I had to ask her to tone it down and was cringing. I was a little sore when I left yesterday but thought that Id loosen up. Nope. Today I am so stiff. My neck and shoulders absolutely ache. I have never experienced anything like this. I went here as a birthday gift and do not recommend it unless you want to pay to see a doctor after.

I booked a last minute appointment for a cut and full highlight. The stylist clearly did not want to be there and made a point to cut 7in off my hair from the gate so she would have less work. Make sure you are up front and say something if you have a problem. The salon staff is friendly and will take you seriously.

The owner is BEYOND rude and unprofessional. I was mischarged for services and was never refunded as promised. My bill was well over $1300. Such a waste of money. Good services, and ambience do not make up for lack of professionalism and respect. Take your money els where.

I have had 2 awesome experiences just days apart. Got my hair hi-lighted by one of the new associates, got a great price and the color is perfect. Just got in from a terrific massage and got some tips after even. Highly recommend.
