It has been a while since I visited this specific store/location last, (over six months), and previous visits have all been fine. Not outstanding or horrible, just standard. Today, however, was very different. I came in with the intent to choose a new eye pallette among several I had been considering online, and I left so disappointed. I tried first to locate products on my own, (as I was never once greeted), and was completely unsuccessful as they were either out of stock or apparently unavailable. When I approached staff, (there were many available, the store was not crowded), I literally felt as though I was being avoided. This was so uncomfortable that I ended up quickly abandoning my search, reluctantly grabbing some brush maintenance supplies, and heading to checkout. While I considered asking the woman at the register for assistance with my pallete search, I admittedly became annoyed when her first words were simply "Phone number?". This is not a bad store, nor do I believe a truly poor staff...but this will likely be my last shopping experience here. I just did not feel welcome, product availability was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend shopping here.

I love the options, but dont like some of the people. Not only are the lines slow and long, but the cashier I had (named Hannah according to my slip) decides to charge me twice for one item, not at all for the cheaper item, and then not give me a discount even though it was clearly marked. I only bought 6 items and it took 10 minutes. She would randomly stop and get confused at what she was doing. Are you kidding me???? I like the store but refuse to go back if those are the kinds of people they hire. Sorry Ulta.

Went to the ULTA salon for the first time today for a cut and style. While there, I also decided to get a deep conditioning treatment. My hair is long, thick and curly and can be very difficult to cut. Amany was a wonderful stylist and gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. I will be back and recommend the ULTA salon to anyone who is looking for great service at a reasonable price.

Just okay. Prices are not always clearly marked and discounts are not always applied properly, I always leave feeling like I was overcharged. I rarely have this problem at other Ulta stores. I wish there was a way for this Ulta store to speed up the checkout process and and increase accuracy, but thats only a wish.

I go to ulta all the time I love it. Coupons are great, there ulta rewards card is awesome. I go to there brow bar and everyone complements my perfect eye brows. Get my hair cut there also looks amazing!

A lot of options and brands I love. I like being acknowledged right away but being asked literally every two minutes if I need help... just too much.
