We were excited to see that a dry cleaner moved so close by but were quickly disappointed when we found the outrageous prices for both dry cleaning and alterations. I took a dress to Riverside Cleaners to be altered for my best friends wedding and was not only ripped-off but also very insulted. The alterations for the dress were initially quoted at $190 which they then "discounted" to $150 when I refused to pay that much. When I returned to pick up the dress it was too loose in the waist and too tight at the top. The woman said she would fix it and while I changed out of the dress I heard the woman and her partner yelling in their native tongues. I came out of the dressing area and was told that the dress did not fit because I gained weight (over a 9 day period) and that to fix the dress they would need to charge me $20 more. I had to tell them I would never return and they agreed to fix it and when I returned again the woman simply pointed to the dress and told me to get it and then I was ushered out the door. Please do yourself a favor and use one of the other dry cleaners in Conshohocken who will treat you as a valued customer and not a fat inconvenience.

I am not from the Conshohocken area, but had to find a cleaners last minute to alter a bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding. Normally, I am usually very skeptical when trying out new places, but out of necessity took my dress to Riverside Cleaners. With only a week and half before the wedding, I was worried that my dress wouldnt be done on time or done properly. However, when I went back to try on my dress after the alterations were finished, not only was I completely satisfied that my dress fit perfectly, I was relieved that it was done earlier than scheduled! And because I like to stick to what I am comfortable with - A few months later I drove over an hour out of my way to get my own wedding gown altered at Riverside Cleaners. I wouldnt trust anyone else with such an important job!

Friendly staff who have always done a great job on the variety of my dry cleaning I bring in from suits, shirts and pants to alterations and stain removal.

They are very careless it took me pointing out a stain on 2 different occasions and they still didnt get it out fully. Also they barely speak english.
