They ripped 3 of the things I gave them to clean. Then tryed to tell me it was like that when i dropped them off. If it was then why didnt they call me and tell me so that I can tell you if I wanted you to fix them or not. So with the time that I needed the items I couldnt use them because they were ripped and I had to wait more time for them to repair. instead of them calling me and let me know.1 of my items was not cleaned. I had to wait an additional week for them to clean it. when they got it back to me its still was not clean and they still charge me for it. I will never go back there again ever. And all my clothing smelled like Chinese food when I got them back. Thats completely unprofessional. The purpose of getting things cleaned is for them to smell good.

Great Cleaners, I been using them since they opened. Cant belive some people would rate/post some bad info about them. Well by looking at DD reviews , seems she has a HATE for all the Lansdowne business. If Lansdowne Cleaners was this bad, I dont think they would still be here over 20+ years. Some people just gotta hate.
