butchered my brand new skirt 1st and last time customer. Instead of taking in my skirt the proper way (at the side seams) they took the easy way out and totally changed the look of my garment. They took it in at the middle panel now the skirt dosent even hang right. There was a stain on my skirt which was not there when I dropped it off. It was a brand new skirt with tags on it an all. I should have been weary when I had to pay up front for my alterations. She then had the audacity to tell me that it was a lot of work and she gave me a deal. Your job is to do the work no one else wants to be bothered with doing thats why you opened the business so dont cry me a river. I could have taken it in myself but I didnt want to be bothered. Id rather you charge me the regular rate and do it the right way then to think since im getting a "deal" you can screw me over. Btw I was charged $25. I cant get good lighting in my room at this late hour I may post pics tomorrow

Ruined multiple pearl buttons on 3 of my designer shirts. I was told the buttons where ruined when they are pressed. They tried to replace the pearl buttons that where destroyed with cheap plastic buttons. I asked the owner about the buttons and I was directed to a sign that reads not responsible for damaged buttons. If you have to deflect responsibility ahead of time then you probably have done it before and are ok with doing it again. Would not recommend to anyone. Never had this problem at Patriot cleaners on Garrett rd.
