Very poor management. I was in there today feb 6,2016 to pick up my order, only to learn that my clothes were given to another customer in error. I understand mistakes are made however that does not help me since I needed the clothes for today. The owner was rude, and came saying that we have 30 days to fine lost garments. Read our policy. I said as a business person you should compensate me for your error and reimburse me. He said NO. I said you would rather lose a customer then compensate me for $22.00 order. He said good luck finding a business that is perfect I hope after reading this message that my voice would be heard and they would lose your business as well.

Id give a negative 1 if I could. The girl working acted like I was bothering her when I stopped there drop off work blouses at around 8 in the morning. I asked if theycould be done by late afternoon she said no with a shrug. Didnt try to earn the business and I didnt like anything I was receiving nor did I want to ask 21 questions so I left. Theres a cleaners next to Ritas water ice just one minute up the road going towars 55, they never let me down and they know what I need and that I tip when they treat me well, take your business there instead.

Owner is a rude, socially inept jerk who needs to get himself enrolled in charm school however, his staff is very nice and they always do a nice job. I hate knowing that this jerk profits from me using his service but the rest of the staff is great so I just ignore the owner when I see him. (Oh, and all I did was say hello and introduce myself and strike up a conversation on my first visit to the shop, he replied with rude comments, a TERRIBLE disposition and actually lied about where hes from. (I was told later by the staff)

Had my suit cleaned for a wedding. Also had 4 pairs of pants and a bunch of work clothes cleaned. The shirts were decent, but... My pants and MY SUIT smell like old, stagnant water. I will be taking my clothes elsewhere from now on. I suggest you do the same! I do not recommend this service.

Most of the staff is GREAT! One girl in the morning is really rude and often ignores me, along with others (brunette), so I try to go only around closing when theyre very pleasant. Normally Im waited on immediately and Im in and out (around 5)! Great service, I never feel rushed.

I recently moved and was looking for an affordable dry cleaner. Not only is this place super inexpensive, but theyre fast! If you bring the garment in before 9am, you can pick it up the same day after 5pm! Outstanding!
