I have taken my dry cleaning here several times, with no issue. When I picked it up this week, I noticed holes in 4 of my cashmere sweaters. When I went in and asked for the manager, I was told that the holes were not his fault - I must have moths. Interesting - the only clothes with holes in them were the ones I had dry cleaned there! Not only was the manager insulting and disrespectful, he suggested that I should really "clean my home" to fix the problem. I will never patronize the store again!

The worst service I ever received: I picked up my three shirts after dry cleaning and noticed they looked more dirtier than before and I dont believe, he cleaned my shirts. Waste of money and time. The owner of the shop is very rude! P.S. If you are asking him to change the zipper, ask about the cost before giving any cloths. Rip off!!

Best dry cleaners and lowest prices in the area! Alterations are perfect! They also offer same day service and 24-hour drop box for your convenience. They are a family owned and operated business and the owner is very nice. I will definitely be back!

I just picked up my dry cleaning from Ultimate. Very impressive how they removed all of the stains. Will be going here from now on. They also have a 24 hour drop off service which is neat !
