Awful-Stay away. This place is great with the dry-cleaning until they lose your dry-cleaning. It took 7 repeated attempts to finally get a call back from "Jeff" who told me his manifest showed the items being delivered. The best part is that even though they "misplaced" the jacket and delivered it later, they refused to admit that the pants to the suit were lost. There is something wrong with a place who picks up, drops off, doesnt require any signature or documentation of what was done but then tell you their "manifest" said it was delivered. Do not trust a place with zero accountability with your expensive suits..

My dry cleaning was delivered 1 week ago (5/13/16) with the pants of a 2-piece suit missing. I called that evening and the following morning to alert them to this issue. I received a call back on 5/16/16. I was notified that the pants went for alterations although I did not request any alterations. I was assured that the pants would be delivered on 5/17/16. The pants were not delivered as promised so I called again on 5/18/16. I have not yet received any reply as of today (5/20/16).

I love Tweeds and their great service. I really appreciate the twice weekly pickup and dropoff and their ability to fix buttons, tears, etc... is amazing. They cleaned and repaired a heavily soiled blanket that is a family heirloom and made it look brand new. Plus they offer online a way to look at the items that you turned in and get updates on when to expect them back if they are repairs, etc... I cant say enough nice things about them.

Excellent service. They pick up twice weekly and return the clean laundry/cleaning within 7 days. Have never had a problem with pickups, delivery or damage to clothing. I use this mainly for shirts, which are always pressed and clean perfectly. Their customer service is very good, and they are honest - returning valuables left in clothing by mistake.

Worst experience ever. I used them for my wedding gown and got the dress back looking exactly the same as when they picked it up! They took it back and agreed that it was comepletely unsatisfactory but would only refund me $50 of the $250. They were extremely rude and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I have the best dry cleaning company. The hard work of my driver George who calls me ahead of time on his ETA is priceless. The dry cleaning quality is very good and any alterations requested are fairly priced and always comes back correct.

Tweeds is reliable with our weekly dry cleaning needs which includes regular button down mens dress shirts, suits, cashmere sweaters and the occasional special occasion wear. We also had a rug cleaned (5x8) and it came back clean and fresh.

Great service! They come right to your door and pick up/drop off without even disturbing you. Prices are equivalent to traditional walk-in places and you dont have to leave your house. Highly recommended.
