I used to go here and have no problems. They were so quick and so courteous. Then something happened. There is one guy that when I go when I see him I walk right out. He is the slowest person on the face of the earth. I once went in on a Tuesday evening at 6:15, and I swear I did not get out of there until 640. Wow two gentlemen were helping everybody the one covered about four times more than the other. They told me that something was in the safe, and after spent 20 minutes looking for it they said they couldnt find it. After going in today having the same gentleman be there, and being told the other person couldnt help me because he couldnt take drop offs but he can only do pick ups and I had to wait for the really slow person, Ive decided I am no longer going to zips. They are anything but zippy.

I have been going to this place for more than 5 years. They used to be great. I have referred many customers to go here. Then, over the last few times I have been there...something has happened. My clothes are NEVER ready on time. Whats more frustrating, I have pointed this out to the employees. Each time, they always make excuses. At this point, its hard to accept when it happens consistently. No more excuses.

Seriously awful. My clothes werent done on time. They are slow and have every excuse. Ill never use them again and I suggest you save yourself the headache and frustration and not use them either.
