Worst experience ever! They pulled the hem out of my $4,000 dress...left it with stains still on it and charged me $250 and said they would only refund me $50! They even came back and picked up the dress to "look at it themselves" because they couldnt believe the pictures and said they couldnt believe they did such a horrible job! They never refunded me... dont ever use this business! Awful...

We have used this service for several years. While its not the cheapest around, the pick up and delivery is very convenient. Weve been pleased with the work they do. Our driver, Cesar, is great - always has a smile, helpful and reliable.
