Emerald cleaners gave me terrible service. First they overcharged me, then they lost my uniform. I did not realize this till 1100 pm. I ran around all night borrowing uniforms from my coworkers so I would not miss work and get fired. I got no sleep it was a bad day. They also took out the treads of the dress pants i had with this order as well and did not stitch them back . I went to a wedding with my brand new dress pants and people pointed out that my pants were missing threads. When I went back and told them about my lost uniforms and damaged pants they looked at me like I had a dick growing out of my forehead.

Went into emerald cleaners and the service and the Asian women service worker was very racist, mean and VERY VERY VERY unprofessional and refusing to give cleaning services stating that black people clothes stink while fanning her hand in front of her nose and throwing the clothing back to a customer, due to a rainy day clothing got wet. However, the Asian women worker began saying negative racial comment in her language, yelling which was very unprofessional!!!!! And racist!! We do not recommend this business to anyone due to lack of proffeional, very very very rude, and racist treatment.
