Im sure her dry cleaning is great, but her alterations services are TERRIBLE. I came here to have a dress taken in in the bust and the waist. First of all, she didnt press the dress so it came out very wrinkled and I had to try to press it myself. Secondly, the alterations work was AWFUL. She didnt take any measurements and just pinned the sides. I thought she knew what she was doing so I didnt ask any questions (my mistake). Well here she takes the bust in WAY too far so my boobs look squished and it looks like I bought the wrong size dress. Then, I swear the waist wasnt taken in at all because its still very big. Lastly, she moved he halter straps over to under my armpits, instead of where theyre supposed to be. Thanks to safety pins, I was able to fix the dress somewhat, but my chest still looks flattened and a once-flattering dress that made me feel confident is not very flattering or attractive at all anymore. Thanks a lot.
