We stored almost our entire home for close to a year at Valley Storage. After just unpacking the unit, we found living mice in boxes (rubber maid, duct taped boxes have you). All of our furniture was bagged and wrapped, however, there was rat & mouse poop through many pieces with stains on varying pieces. I would not store anything there again. The staff was kind, however, having mouse poop through all of your belongings was time consuming to deal with and costly.

Its hard to get excited about a storage unit, but Barbara and Valley Storage are as good as it gets! Barbara is so welcoming, warm and helpful! Its my pleasure to be a repeat client. The registration process was so easy and the facility is secure (gate easily accessed through a four-digit code you select), and the grounds and units are spotless. The convenient location is going to make our upcoming move a breeze. Thanks Barbara!

My wife and I were building a house and needed a space close to the new house to store our belongings while we stayed with family. Valley Storage was great. The owners were very friendly, the space and facility was kept very clean and the price was great. If youre in the Dillsburg Area and need a good place to safely store your stuff I highly recommend Valley Storage

I have used storage facilities in three states. None compares to the overall satisfaction I have received at Valley Storage. The service and facility are both world-class, which is why I have used Valley Storage myriad times for various moves and storage needs. I have never been disappointed. I truly believe you will not be disappointed either.

The people were very helpful and the facilities are clean and weather-proof. The only item I had concerns with are that the door to the facility I have rented was stated as 7-ft, however, while the door itself is 7-feet, the actual usable opening is less that 7-ft. This will require me to dismantle some equipment I am planning to store there.

Super great storage facility. Great friendly service from Barbara. Very clean units, and you cant beat the price on units, but most of all, you cant beat the friendly service. Wish all storage units were like Valley Storage Co., in Dillsburg, PA. Definitely worth the 20 plus miles commute for a good storage unit.

This was my first experience with storing my furniture, etc. and I couldnt have been more pleased. The manager, Barbara Doty is warm & friendly and was extremely helpful to me all the way! Valley Storage has great prices, customer service and well maintained facilities for both climate controlled and regular storage. Sign up was so quick and easy! They go out of their way to meet your needs. Conveniently located off of 15 in a secure gated area. Thanks Barb!

CaGe Storage is clean and well-maintained. The manager Barbara is super nice and helpful. CaGe is also very conveniently located, just off Rt. 15. I would recommend CaGe Storage to anyone who needs a storage unit in the Dillsburg / Mechanicsburg area.
