Great barber. I have tried at least seven different hair cutting locations throughout Scranton in northeast Pennsylvania. Out of all of those, I recommend this person the most. His barber shop is not new or trendy, but the haircut is professional. There is rarely a wait. If you want a good quality, well priced haircut, go here.
