I went here today, as an overseas traveller I took a punt. The barber (Katie maybe?) listened to my requests at the start and proceeded to completely ignore them. They seem to do one style which is a sailor jerry fade and a side part and will do this regardless of your input. Even cut my beard waaaay to short disputes being asked to just cut the wild one and clean it up but leave it as long... No real barber should cut someones hair and not ask for your input along the way. Avoid like the plague, go somewhere that cares about customer happiness and not cash turnover.

First, this is a good barbershop in a sense the barbers know what theyre doing, and do it well. However, the two star rating is based upon their customer response times. Average wait time here is 1-2 hours before getting a cut, on top of that your cut will take 30 to 40 minutes. This is the place to go if you have absolutely nothing to do and enjoy waiting around for hours.

You can only make appointments online - not over the phone - and they dont take card - only cash. Someone please explain the sense in that. Mediocre haircut by POMPous hipsters. This is a place for people who dont have their own identity to feel like they have some sort of twisted status. If you are fake and want a fake beard and POMPadour by fake people this is the place.

Travel extensively and have been to many barbershops. Finding one that puts as much care into facial as well as crown hair crafting is a rare find indeed. Scranton you have a gem here, if I lived within an hour or two would be by weekly. Suburb craftsmanship and ambiance. Well done.

Ive been going to this barber for 3 years. Ive referred several people to this barber up until today. I was disrespected by a worker and not given any chance by the owner to leave satisfied and happy. I would recommend going to Barber shop & CO on route 6.

Loyalty is the only place to get a haircut in NEPA. All of the barbers are excellent. An added bonus compared to other "barbers" is that you dont pick a haircut from photos on the wall. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.
