I have been in the mortgage business for over 19 years. I have done several 203K rehab loans but I have never worked with a company so professional and pleasant to work with. They are organized and quick! They understand the business very well and I would recommend them over and over again. Personally you will not meet another company up here that is as efficient as Nauman construction and Cortny in their office is a delight to work with, she understands the nature of all aspects for real estate and contracting.
