OUTSTANDING is the only word to describe the help and service that I received from Lock Pop & Keys. I had a very specific and unique problem with my locked BMW and the alarm going off while I was out of state. I had called about 10 other businesses in the surrounding area and no one could help me with my problem. As soon as I called Lock Pop the owner agreed to jump on the task immediately and assured me that no matter what he would get job done. Of course I got a call back a short time later and my big headache of a problem was all taken care of. The greatest part of this experience was dealing with the owner. He handled everything with professionalism, enthusiasm (cant stress this one enough), PASSION, and dedication. I really would like to thank you guys! 5 STARS!!!!

My fiance locked his keys in the car in Harrisburg last night. This company came out to him in 20 minutes. He said that they were very courteous (both the owner that he spoke to on the phone and also the locksmith that came out). Also, my fiance forgot his credit card. They allowed him to call me to get the numbers on the card, and the locksmith was able to process the charge on his mobile device. If you are ever in this bind, we highly recommend this company!

Extremely fast service! From the time I placed the phone call, to the time the car was unlocked, was about 31 minutes. Once he got here, it took him less than 30 seconds to get the car unlocked. All around great to deal with. I highly recommend.
