I have been going to Ultimate Image Salon for over a year now and wanted to share my experience. When I first moved to West Chester, I struggled to find a quality salon comparable to where I had been getting my hair cut for the past 15 years. After cycling through a few “walk-in” type hair salons in the West Chester area, I discovered Ultimate Image Salon while searching online. I liked what I saw on the salon’s website, so I decided to call and make an appointment. I was greeted politely and preceded to make an appointment for my first hair cut. I requested a stylist who was experienced doing mens haircuts. The receptionist recommended Christina Wertz. When I showed up for my first appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly by the support staff and felt very comfortable right from the start. Christina was very professional and worked well with me to understand how I liked my hair cut and styled. I was extremely pleased with the results and couldn’t believe how naturally she was able to understand and execute my hair cut and styling to my liking. When working with new stylists, I have found it can take a couple appointments before you receive the results you desire. With Christina, I got the perfect cut in the first meeting! I’ve been so pleased with my hair cuts and the overall personable experience Ultimate Image Salon has to offer that I have been going back ever since. I highly recommend this salon if you are new to the area and looking for a quality salon – or if you are just looking for a change!

I have been a client of Cyndii Grim, the owner of Ultimate Image for many years and couldnt be more satisfied. I get cut and color every five weeks and I have never been unhappy with the results. From the moment I enter the salon, I am greeted by the friendly staff, many of whom have been working there for years, for the staff is happy at Ultimate Image too. There is a nice selection of up-to-date products to look at while I wait for my appointment, but there is never a long wait. The salon is clean and bright, and the products they use on the customers are top quality and specific to the clients needs. Cyndii is a true professional. She listens to her clients and always seems to know exactly what would make them look their best. She suggests products and styling tips to help you keep your look at home. She gives you her full attention andl even escorts you up to the desk at the end of your appointment to make sure your time at Ultimate Image is pleasant from start to finish. As a full-service salon, I can also get manicures and pedicures there as well as a massage or facial. I strongly recommend the salon and Cyndii without reservation whenever I am complimented on my hairstyle.

My first visit to the new Ultimate Image Salon & Spa in Exton, PA was simply amazing. This is a first class establishment with a super friendly staff and an atmosphere that has all of the latest hair and spa amenities a person could ask for. I recently went in for a cut, color and massage and was treated like royalty there. The tranquil setting made me feel like I was on an exotic island in some type of tropical paradise. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were accommodated from the moment I walked through the door until I stepped outside after my treatments were complete. The ambience from room to room was really well coordinated and the relaxing feeling I got was what one comes to expect at a high class facility such as this one. If you are looking for a mini escape and only have a few hours to spare and want to be pampered like a king or queen and like that paradise feeling look no further because Ultimate Image Salon & Spa is the place!

I went to get highlights and a cut. My stylist suggested coloring my hair entirely before highlights and I agreed (not realizing it would make the overall price so much higher). At the end, the cut and color was $185 and I had been expecting closer to $110-130 based on what I had seen on the website. I would not have minded paying that much if I liked the final look. However, my hair is now orange and I had asked for blonde. When I told the stylist that it looked orange in the salon she told me it was just the lighting. But my bathroom lighting and my bedroom lighting also makes my hair look orange. It is completely wrong for my complexion and I am very unhappy. I realize it is partially my own fault for just looking up a salon on the internet but my hair is seriously weird looking with this color. I am paying for it now with a long cry over my horrible look. Dont make the same mistake.

Ultimate Image Salon and Spa is by far the greatest in the area and beyond. There is an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort as soon as you enter. When you do, you realize that you are in for an amazing experience. All of the staff are pleasant, eneregetic and passionate about their work. The stylists are second to none in their abilities to exceed the clients expectations. In addition to the outstanding service, there is also a great assortment of products to choose from to complete the day. I visited this salon for the first time on 11/3/11; and it was great. The staff are very courteous, and the person who took care of me was great. The person I was working with was running a bit late, but she made a point to come out and talk to me, let me know it would be a few minutes, and basically show that she cared about my time. The customer service here is off the charts. This was my first visit to a salon period, so I cant really comment on how well their prices might compare to other places, I can say I was fine with what I paid Either way though their service is definitely great. I already have my next appointment scheduled and I have a feeling I will be a regular here.

I have had my hair cut and styled at Ultimate Image for over 3 years. I wont let anyone else touch my hair! I love DeLinda; she gives a great cut, is always right on time and shes fun to talk to! Ive also seen Amanda for many manicures and pedicures. Shes wonderful! Ive never left her chair with damaged cuticles or a bad paint job. Best of all: I can always understand what shes saying (not all nail salons can say that). Flory does great eyebrow waxing. My brows look natural, not hacked leaving me looking surprised. The ladies at the front desk are fun and polite. I havent had a bad experience at Ultimate Image ever.

I had gone to another salon for 5 years prior and had always been super careful about who I trusted my hair with. At my old salon I had it colored for the first time ever, and there were continuous issues and had to have them re-dye it for me because of my stylists lack of knowledge. My mom had come here and wouldnt stop talking about it so when I finally was able to afford a color correction I came here and it was one of the best things I have ever done!! Nicole met with me and got my hair back to a lovely blonde!! This is the only place that I will go to now!!
