Frustrating! I was a client years back when she was in North Coventry and one time received s poor haircut. It was uneven, etc. Robin did not cut it but another stylist but she almost refused to fix it but did. I was a young Mom w little kids at the time and getting to the salon was challenging! So I switched hairstylist however recently I saw there was a Groupon for spray tanning through the salon again I have heard from a few people that I purchase it that it was a good deal and they were happy with their tans I purchased the Groupon and come to find out when I called it the spray tan machine is broken and theyre unable to fix it that they will put my name on the list and call me once it was done Ive since called once and they told me it is still broken and are unable to refund my money. Bad business for sure! I think the Groupon was a sham and Robin took money from many knowing she was not going to fix the machine. I will never go to this salon again!!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. First she got offended when I asked if the utensils she was going to use were sanitized, because all of the items were stores in a drawer, with no bag or separate compartment. The "tub" that was used was a portable plug-in. When I asked to remove my in grown nail on the sides she said no because it will get worse if she does. Every other salon that Ive been to has been able to cut, file and relieve it. I had to go to a second place to have my toes redone. I will NOT be going back there. Dirty. Unsanitary. Extremely disappointing.

Finally a salon that knows how to cut curly hair! For 20 years I havent been able to find someone that knows how to cut my hair until know. Robin has special training for curly hair and is amazing at cutting hair. The keratin treatment made my hair feel and look the best it ever has. I have found a salon for life! Thank you for the amazing experience. I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting amazing hair!

The service was extremely slow but the women were very pleasant. I was there for 3 hours to get a partial low light and cut. I sat in the chair with wet hair for 40 minutes. It was extremely irritating but the color was beautiful. Thank you Erin! I would recommend going on a slower day!

I would recommend all services to all my friends and family. You can get haircuts, nails done, massages, and etc. The staff is great and results are amazing. I love this place.
