Ive been coming here every other month for the past year and a half and every time without fail Im disappointed. Whether its standing at the service desk for 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me or just leaving with a terrible haircut but today really topped the cake for me. I get a simple trim, no layers, nothing crazy. A half inch off the bottom an Im done. The woman who cut my hair today must be new or something and completely overly confident. I now have left with my hair being almost 1.5 inches shorter on one side than the other and she took an entire inch off when I told her a half inch. Measurements are hard, obviously. She didnt part my hair into sections or even try to do the cut properly...my hair is thick and curly. This shouldve been common sense to a hair stylist. No wonder they never have the same stylists when I go, they are terrible! I will never go back after this.

i might have been able to give more stars if i wasnt completely ignored when i came into the salon today. i tried to get anyones attention but they were too busy gossiping to even realize people (not just me) were standing in the front. i waited and watched as other people also tried getting their attention and were ignored all while hearing all the latest christmas drama gossip.

Came here to get my upper lip waxed and was told they were too busy and wont be able to get to me today even though there was 2 stylists there and only one customer in the entire salon. When I was leaving I could hear the employees go back to gossiping. So disappointed in the service.

Horrible. After burning my scalp with a relaxer they would not refund my money. Manager told me I had to come back in and let them condition my hair before they would give my money back. I would never let them touch my hair again. Terrible customer service. Dont go here

Dont EVER get your hair cut or colored by Leanne. She dry cut my and then cut 5in off my hair when I said I wanted one inch off. Didnt cut my bangs straight. And made my hair an Orange color. And I have heard this from over people too.

Was totally ignored for 10 minutes in the front of the salon all I wanted was a haircut or to make an appointment to get one. So Im off to somewhere else where I wont be ignored. Stay away from this one its not worth it.

Not only was the hair service all that great, but just a miserable experience. I have never been anywhere where I over-hear other stylists "gossiping" as bad as this place. Some things should have been left unsaid.

I have been going there for the last year, and I have had wonderful service from Michelle. I went there a few times like 3 years ago, it was awful. I gave them another chance, have been happy with them ever since.

Styique salon at the ft.drum px is a full service hair salon. If you need a color, hi lites, or just a trim the girls there will take good care of you. And if you need a relaxer or extensions ask for jamie!

I didnt get the style I wanted and the hair do is very ugly and all they did was gossip Im so pissed that I cried like i can do better to my own head but I learned my lesson by going there

Ive been to this salon twice to two seperate stylists over the last year and both times theyve screwed it up. Save your time, hair and money just go to a real stylist in Watertown.
